Contacted them by phone and asked for them to look at the condition of a tree and give an estimate…read more Was told it would be a couple of days because of the recent storm before they could look at the tree. After a week I called again to check on status he said we were on the list and he would get back to me. After another week I called and left a voice mail that wasn't returned, I then sent a text with no answer. Needless to say I found another tree service. Communication was horrible and would like to know they are too busy as opposed to not returning calls. Would not recommend.

I would recommend Paul 10 out of 10 times when searching for a stump grinder. He also very reasonably priced for such great service.

We are so happy that we chose Hovet Roofing to replace the roof on my mom's house! Sue and Dan…read morewere really responsive from my first inquiry, and came out for an estimate the next day, including a recommendation to change the type of material on a low-slope roof. Mom had been dealing with a leak and they understood our desire to get the work done quickly. They had a crew there as soon as weather allowed, and kept us informed throughout the project. The work was done right, and they were reasonably priced and did not sell us anything we didn't need. They were also very conscientious of clean-up and left the worksite better than they found it. The end result is beautiful -- this "must do" project resulted in a really nice cosmetic upgrade, too. We would absolutely recommend them for roofing needs!

Discussed what we wanted to proceed with as our quote was for more and asked for measurements to be redone as they were incorrect. I received a text back that said "how much cash do you have so I can see how much I can help you out" I have sent 2 emails, countless texts and phone calls and even had my husband call with no responses regarding measurements or installation. I even stated if he was too busy to let me know so I could go elsewhere. Very unreliable and borderline inappropriate.

I contacted Boe's after a big storm in Grand Forks. I had contacted another company but after a…read morecouple of calls communication cut off and they never returned my calls or messages. I then decided to try another company and found a great one. I explained that I needed a tree looked at to determine if it should be cut down - it had split and was hoping to save it if possible. John was very responsive and looked at the tree that same week and determined it needed to be taken down, he also suggested that several branches needed trimming, which we agreed and decided to have done as well. He kept me up to date on when he could get the work done and did a fantastic job and left the yard very clean. He was extremely nice and you could tell he cared about my business by his very attentive communications despite being busy because of the recent storm. I would highly recommend Boe's Tree Care!

Project for 2 egress windows was to start end of April to early May. Didn't start until June…read more On July 8th I asked them to not come back to my property. Window 1: the well is not centered. The window is not squared in place. Window 2: the well is not secured to the foundation. There are chunks of foundation missing on the inside. And I don't trust that there aren't chunks of foundation missing where the window is placed and I can't see. Windows are placed at different heights from each other. Negligent in the fact that they didn't cover vents or seal off bedrooms while cutting cement. Our ducts and hvac system are full of concrete dust. They did deduct the air duct cleaning from our final price. I should have demanded they cover more of the damage they caused. Dead grass in 3 large patches of my lawn from dirt sitting there for an extended period of time. Chipped and broken siding. No leveling or grading of the ground around the window wells. At the end of the day, if you want to schedule a project and have the project done in a timely fashion, don't hire them. If you don't care about the time frame, still don't hire them. They can't even measure or square up a window.
