After a week I called again to check on status he said we were on the list and he would get back to me. After another week I called and left a voice mail that wasn't returned, I then sent a text with no answer. Needless to say I found another tree service. Communication was horrible and would like to know they are too busy as opposed to not returning calls. Would not recommend.

They apologized and promised to grade the soil and plant seed. Weeks later they did. It looked worse than before they started, and the grass seed never took. Weeks more of trying to get a hold of them I was told they would come back out before snow fell so come spring the seed would grow. 8 months later I haven't seen or heard from them and no seed was planted and no grading accomplished. I spoke with one of the managers two and a half weeks ago. He again reassured me they would be all over it. I asked for weekly updates as at this point I have no faith in their honesty or work ethic. That was the last I heard from them. No updates, no work, and still an unfinished project along with the worst customer service and least honest staff I have ever had the displeasure of encountering. To be fair some of the work that was completed, namely the aspects which you can see in the photo are indeed well executed and pleasing. However that does not compensate for the majority of the experience. I cannot possible stress enough my recommendation that you do not give this company your business.

After many phone calls and many visits to their office they finally came back out and decided to fix it. It went well they look great and 3 weeks later an area started sinking again. I have been trying to get a hold of Brett, who I was told to contact and he does not return my phone calls they have completely ignored the problem. They're a great company when you get them to do the work but try to have them fix a problem within a reasonable time, Good luck!!!
