I then decided to try another company and found a great one. I explained that I needed a tree looked at to determine if it should be cut down - it had split and was hoping to save it if possible. John was very responsive and looked at the tree that same week and determined it needed to be taken down, he also suggested that several branches needed trimming, which we agreed and decided to have done as well. He kept me up to date on when he could get the work done and did a fantastic job and left the yard very clean.
