They showed up and said it was broken, they didn't have equipment to figure it out and said I should just buy a new one or one of their used ones. I paid $90 for them to tell me what I already knew. I doubt I will call them again.

(I was not charged for the 2 times they came back) After talking with them on the phone, my bill was lowered because they guarantee 100% satisfaction. They should be able to give you more a window when they will be there, not tell you about sometime between 8 A.M and 5 P.M. A&E Company wants you to sign waiver that they are not responsible for any damages that their Tech may have caused while doing the repairs not to just what they are fixing, also includes to floor, wall, cabinets. I have never had a repair company come into my home and ask to sign a waiver releasing them and their company if they were to do any damage while in your home. I been dealing with my oven problem for four months, having to deal with the warranty company and A&E repair company. I suggested to the warranty company to stop using this company as their service company. I would not even give them one star, if that had been an option.
