I was blessed by this company with top notch customer service. I haven't needed to use a this type of service in quite some time. However, this week both my washer and dryer needed repairs! While waiting for the parts to come, my family's laundry of 9 started to quickly pile up to an embarrassing amount. Thankfully, The Bubble worker received my newbie request on how to work the new washer app system with kindness and grace. She was patient with me and I felt very cared for. I had to leave early before my laundry was done, but she was kind enough to switch my loads to the dryer. They then bagged it and had it ready for me behind the desk, keeping everything safe. I am blown away. I feel these days excellent customer service is hard to come by, but I received it here!! 5 star review, and I will be telling any other moms if they are in the same situation to come here and give the Bubble their business! read more

This has probably got to be the worst laundromat I've been to, and every time I come here my experience somehow gets worse. One of my recent experiences involved another customer being charged incorrectly because the sign on the machine said $2.25, but when he started it, it charged him $3.25. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the young blonde employee immediately started arguing with him about it. The customer pointed out that the posted price should be honored, and after arguing for a while, she finally gave in -- but only after ripping the sign off the wall. She continued being rude to him for the rest of the time he was there. Another time, the employee with brown hair and glasses was sitting on her phone at the register and told a customer to remove someone else's laundry from a dryer so he could use it. That should have been handled by staff, not another customer. When the owner of the laundry came back and saw someone had touched their clothes, it turned into a loud argument right in front of other customers and children. They were getting in each other's faces, and it honestly looked like it could turn physical. I asked the employee if she heard what was going on, and she basically shrugged it off and went right back to sitting on her phone instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. My most recent experience was asking for help because a dryer door wasn't closing properly. Instead of helping politely, the same employee came over with an attitude and said, "It's not that hard to close," basically belittling me for asking for assistance. Customer service here is awful. The employees constantly sit around on their phones, act annoyed when customers need help, and the place itself is filthy. The bathrooms constantly smell so bad. I would not recommend coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other option. read more

Over half a dozen washers out of order on average, dryers that a door won't stay shut, or take a quarter and no more, or seal is off door. Used to be the best laundry in town, no more. read more

This laundromat is beautiful, the people are friendly, the service is great. We bring our work towels there, they look like they are new when we pick them up. I have also brought blankets and rugs there. The cost is so reasonable. You won't be disappointed. read more

Wash prices were 2 for upright washer 2.50 for small front loader. 3.75 for 3 load washer and 5 for 5 load washer. Dry was free PROS: -most machines were large 3 load washers or bigger. Very few dinky washes -floor was cleaner than most launndromats ive been to. Minus all the dryer sheets. -bathroom was spacious and clean despite the patchy paint used to cover grafiti. -free dry with wash. - plenty of folding tables -coin machine design was awesome. Easy to grab change. "The little things" :D CONS: -washers were filthy on the outside. They clearly dont wipe them down often. They didnt smell dingy or abused by oil clothes but the soap container had residue built up as if it hadnt been cleaned in 6 months. -Wifi was a taunt. Unprotected so you think its free but couldnt log in and couldnt find a password posted anywhere. Theres a desk for an attendant but i couldnt find one. -there were only 5 rolling baskets in the whole place. Maybe they dont want them taking up walking space but i had to fight to get one. -dryers didbt look very clean. But that could be because they were old. Eh. They were free. Look at pics. - seating was uncomfortable. Be prepared to stand. - two loads finished twice as fast as the third. Uh. I hate waiting for one load. Other things i didnt try: theres a couple vending machines for candy chips and canned pop. Theres a tanning place. Plenty of atms. Overall: Bring your own basket (my bag wasnt handy). Clothes came out clean. Thats the important part. 2 pm afternoon was too busy for me. But thats to be expected. I heard from local this is best in town. read more

Clean facility, clean machines and free dryers till 7pm on weekdays. Overall an A+ experience! The surrounding area seems decent enough. 2 large front loaders and 4 top loaders cost me $9.50 - for the amount of laundry I had to wash that's pretty great! read more

To piggy back off of the previous review, this laundromat is great. I've been living in Grand Forks for 4 years now as a student. I have dealt with apartment complexes charging way too much money for washing/drying, as well as crap laundromats that I find on the major roads throughout town. I've tried about 3 other places in town, so that's all I know. This one compared to those is awesome. They have very nice washers, that range anywhere from 1-5 load capabilities. The dryers are also decent. Free drying is Monday-Friday from 11 am-4 pm. Outside those hours they are a quarter for 7 minutes, which isn't awful. The wifi password is up on the south wall, and works fine. If I am a college student paying way too much for laundry, I would recommend coming here to do it. read more
