While waiting for the parts to come, my family's laundry of 9 started to quickly pile up to an embarrassing amount. Thankfully, The Bubble worker received my newbie request on how to work the new washer app system with kindness and grace. She was patient with me and I felt very cared for. I had to leave early before my laundry was done, but she was kind enough to switch my loads to the dryer. They then bagged it and had it ready for me behind the desk, keeping everything safe. I am blown away. I feel these days excellent customer service is hard to come by, but I received it here!! 5 star review, and I will be telling any other moms if they are in the same situation to come here and give the Bubble their business!

One of my recent experiences involved another customer being charged incorrectly because the sign on the machine said $2.25, but when he started it, it charged him $3.25. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the young blonde employee immediately started arguing with him about it. The customer pointed out that the posted price should be honored, and after arguing for a while, she finally gave in -- but only after ripping the sign off the wall. She continued being rude to him for the rest of the time he was there. Another time, the employee with brown hair and glasses was sitting on her phone at the register and told a customer to remove someone else's laundry from a dryer so he could use it. That should have been handled by staff, not another customer. When the owner of the laundry came back and saw someone had touched their clothes, it turned into a loud argument right in front of other customers and children. They were getting in each other's faces, and it honestly looked like it could turn physical. I asked the employee if she heard what was going on, and she basically shrugged it off and went right back to sitting on her phone instead of trying to de-escalate the situation. My most recent experience was asking for help because a dryer door wasn't closing properly. Instead of helping politely, the same employee came over with an attitude and said, "It's not that hard to close," basically belittling me for asking for assistance. Customer service here is awful. The employees constantly sit around on their phones, act annoyed when customers need help, and the place itself is filthy. The bathrooms constantly smell so bad. I would not recommend coming here unless you ABSOLUTELY have no other option.

She went to get her wedding dress re-packaged properly after they did not do a proper job and he was extremely rude and ornery, claiming that he did not provide her service in the past even with the receipt provided. The man looked at the receipt and said "no" and my mother asked why and the man replied "not worth my time." It sucks that this is the only place in Bemidji and this is the customer service you are greeted with. BE KIND. -5 stars.

If you are able, do your own dry cleaning, or find a place out of town (Walker has one) because we have yet to have anything come back clean. The machines even let you know how long your cycle is, just in case you would maybe want to run to the bakery catty corner or even the resale shop right across the street. The wand tip was 180 degrees off, hose was 5' too long, and wand trigger was broken causing it to be on all the time when washing. Also, there is incorrect signage in car wash concerning overhead doors. Warning signs indicate doors automatically close in 30 seconds after opening. I didn't close the door due to this when leaving and the "owner" aggressively chased me down in the parking lot when leaving to make sure I know to close his doors. Would not recommend.

I've been using the Maytag Laundromat for several months while some changes are being made to the…read more laundry room in my house (delays, you know). It's been about 20 years since I've used a laundromat and that was a different one here in town. This Maytag place is 10,000 times better than that one or any other laundromat I've used in the past. For starters, it's clean, including the floors. The machines don't have detergent, etc on them from the last user. There are a lot of machines of many sizes, so you don't have to wait around for a washer or dryer, even on a busy day. The prices are reasonable. It's never going to be cheaper than doing your laundry at home, but some people just can't. This place won't break the bank, especially if you use common sense and use the right size washer. The change machines (there are more than one), have never been broken or empty. Even if they were, there are staff on hand, so you don't have to go running somewhere else looking for change. In the time I've been going there, I've never seen more than two machines out of order at the same time and when I go back the next week, those are fixed. They don't let stuff sit around not working. The wash cycles are done in about 30 minutes and the dryers are run about 30 to 36 minutes depending on the size and cost. You can feed more coins in for more time as long as you don't let it quit first. I've never had to do this, even with big comforters. The dryers are very good and get stuff dry, which is something I can't say about the previous laundromat I visited. Overall, it's a great place to get stuck doing laundry.
