An appointment was scheduled for a couple of days later. Barry sent me an email with the estimate and appointment details. On the morning of the scheduled appointment, Kirk, my technician arrived on time "on the Dot". He was cleanly and professionally dressed. We walked through the house, and I showed him where the air handler and all the vents were. He then set up and began his work. He finished, as promised, at the two-hour mark (+/- a few minutes). Toby was on time, and called me an hour before he arrived. He was very professional, hard working, kind, and friendly. He did an amazing job, and the dishwasher is working great! it is drying the dishes very well since Toby replaced the sensor. He was very respectful of my home and made sure everything was cleaned up well after his work. Toby was great. He completed the repair with speed and skill. The experience with custome service was, however, unforgiveable. They changed my address 3 times, put my order on hold with no notification due to the belief that the part I had ordered had not been delivered. I recieved no notice that I needed to report the part delivery or even any way to report it. After wasting a day on my first installation appoint ment I did get a appointment the next day. Great experience except for the cost. My problem with dishwasher intake valve happened on Sunday, Sears was here by Tuesday. A part had to be ordered and it was requested that I have a plumber replace the line and shutoff valve to the dishwasher. The part arrived the next day, as did the plumber I called. Sears came out the next week to install the valve. Bennie was courteous and cautious, looking out for the best way to keep my dishwasher from freezing. read more
