I went in thinking I needed an oil change and knew I definitely needed air in my tire. My previous experiences are they will always find something wrong, even with a newer car that will cost something. WOW! I was NOT sold anything and in fact I was politely told that I could hold off for a while on the oil change. How refreshing!! I accepted a ride to and from the shop while my tire was worked on. I needed a ride to work and they have a free shuttle service which was awesome. Both the vehicle and the driver were clean and nice. They sent me a text message when they were getting started with the inspection and then another one when the estimate was ready to view. They also emailed me a detailed estimate. It was very clear cut on what was needed with pictures and videos. Then I was able to call Ron and he explained what was needed and price out the door. Then got a text and a call letting me know my truck was ready for pick up. This place is very good and attention to detail is top notice. Waiting room is clean with coffee and water.
