After researching reviews and warranties/stand-behind guarantees with the insurance company, we chose Fabel Collision Center especially because they were so nice to us. Their shop is immaculate as well. After a month or so when I went to pick up the car, I got within 10 feet and knew right away it was unacceptable. The headlights were not aligned, and the front bumper (which they said was OEM) joint near the right quarter panel was WAY off, you could see it from across the parking lot. The hood (a new replacement) even had chips in it. I immediately rejected the work, and they took it back to repair for a couple days. Upon return, doing my due diligence, I went to check the oil levels, and noticed that they had not connected the air intake. After a few minutes and some mumbling of "it's a tight fit", I just took my car, said my "see ya later", and departed. Essentially none of the panels are fit on this car. The doors and quarter panels do no align, with some catching the wind. The hood (with its paint touch up) is off by at least one-half inch side-to-side, and the front bumper they took in the back still does not align, and they even acknowledged they didn't know what to do! The saga continues, we will have to take it to another repair shop to truly get it fixed, and I even wonder if all the parts are there at this point. This is a story of high hopes, and tremendous disappointment. The people and the shop are nice, but the work product is miserable with absolutely ZERO quality control.
