They listened without judgment, explained everything clearly, and truly cared about how I was feeling. It honestly felt like a judgment-free zone, which meant more to me than I can express. Despite having X-rays, a full exam, and a cleaning done, I was in and out within an hour. The professionalism, efficiency, and kindness of the entire staff were outstanding. Creekside Dental did not disappoint! 5:00 PM filling: They pre-numbed my tooth and numbed my tooth. Waited a decent amount of time for the area to be well and truly numb, Before they drilled. I chose to wear my headphones and listen to my music on my i-Pod. No issues with the filling, smooth sailing. 6:00 PM cleaning: Chris Cassinelli was the Hygienist that cleaned my teeth. She was kind, gentle, caring and very professional and courteous. She performed her job well and I will definitely be back again for a teeth cleaning with Chris! We regretted taking our 3 week old baby there- she was mildly tongue-tied so we scheduled a 'free…read moreconsultation'. I wish it'd been just that. Dr. Mohlman persuaded us by saying she was "severely restricted", and leading me to believe she needed both tongue and labial (upper lip) frenulums "released" - the sooner the better. So we had it done that day- the laser is an intense, painful burn that takes a long time to heal. I discovered doing research after the procedure that 76% of babies can be diagnosed as 'lip-tied' and do not need treatment- they will grow out of it. It was traumatic and painful for her. Her mood shifted from happy and content to fussy and at times inconsolable. We were told after the procedure that we needed to consult with a lactation consultant and chiropractor because her mid-line base had been compromised. We didn't need either or those prior. I wish I had waited and done more research before the appointment (I'd done a fair amount, but not enough to give me sufficient confidence to disagree with a dental professional that I wanted to trust). I wish I'd not trusted him or his consultation.

Pat, who cleans my teeth is quick and efficient and remembers me when I come in. I think I have met or worked with just about every Dentist in the office and each is kind and professional.
