She was always so sweet, personable, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. My dress ended up fitting perfectly, and Anna gave me such great recommendations throughout the process. I especially appreciated her advice about removing some of the extra fabric from the train and how to bustle the dress. I had no idea what I was doing when it came to bustling, so having her expertise was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond by even making a video for my wedding party showing them exactly how to bustle my dress. She also helped get me into my dress on the wedding day, which was such a huge help and made getting ready that much easier. I truly enjoyed working with Anna and am so grateful she helped make my dress fit and look exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend Anna's Tailoring to any bride looking for someone who is talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely wonderful to work with!

Outstanding team at Top Tailoring…read more I have been coming here since being in Madison for all tasks, big or small. They always offer an honest opinion. For a suit, for example, I came in with the thought I would need an extensive alteration for good fit. Turns out the fit was an issue of manufacturing. Lana honestly told me the suit was made incorrectly, and while she could fix the issues, I was better off returning it and buying another one. I know several places that would've happily charged me ridiculous money to fix the issues. Not here! Polite, timely, and honest. The best tailor in Madison!

It wasn't the fact that she couldn't fit me in that bothered me it was the way she said it. Her tone came across as rude and unprofessional, which made me feel unwelcome. Better customer service and a kinder approach would have made a big difference.

The job was the sewing of a small hole in the top of the chest on a nice light pink sweater. She does not communicate at all. Whether she does not know english or just pretends to not know english, I will never bother to find out. STAY AWAY FROM PLACE.

She was so patient and friendly and offered suggestions whenever we each seemed unsure. Both mine and my mom's had delicate lace that seemed to be no problem for her to hem and take in at the waist (as well as shoulder's for my mom). She strengthened my bustle and eyelet, and straightened the bust (the top was curling outward) as my dress had been previously worn. She also added a "modesty" piece of fabric on my sister's v-neck bust; my sister was so appreciative to not have to worry about falling out that day. Haha.
