Wonderful quality, reasonable prices and timely completion. The 4th tailor I tried in the area and by far the best.

We had a suit case repaired. The work was excellent. It was done in a timely manner and they are nice people. Thank you to Paul.

It's quite small and tucked into the strip mall area just off of Mequon and Port. Nothing fancy inside, but you can tell they work on tons of projects with all the orders seen in back, and the surplus of sewing machines & colorful thread. I'd ordered some new curtains online that were a few inches too long, so I brought them into Mom's Alterations. I was excited to see on the sign that they do next-day (or quick turn around) alterations for smaller projects. In my case, I needed roughly two inches taken off eight small loops. When I arrived they let me know it would be a week before pick up - I was kind of bummed but thought, I'll take what I can get! However I was then super bummed when I arrived at 3pm on the following Thursday (as they scheduled me to) and they hadn't even begun the project. They didn't offer any apologetic notion, but assured me they'd be able to get it done asap after that so I returned again the next day for pick up. I found the price to be higher than expected, having paid $65+ for this small project. It was also very unfortunate that the curtains were altered slightly uneven. When they hang next to each other they are noticeably lopsided. I don't think I'll jump to return here for my next alter-needs.

I appreciate the hard work they put into mending my item. I also appreciate the reminder they texted me after I forgot to pick it up until 30 days after I dropped it off. The price for mending my tire was very fair especially considering the challenge of the fabric. I will certainly be a return customer. And next time not wait a month to pick up my item in time. Cannot recommend enough!

Joy Cleaners has been one of the best. I came in after a week worth of laundry with a flight the next morning. They were kind enough to have my laundry done the next day so I could make my flight, which is normally out of the question for them because of the high volume they handle. I was genuinely grateful they made it happen. I also want to add this: I have had some horrible experiences at other places where my clothing came back forever damaged, shrunk, stained, or treated like it did not matter. That did not happen here. Everything came back clean, folded, and handled with care, and it felt good coming back home to clothes that still looked like mine. On top of that, I was glad to support a local family business that clearly takes pride in their work. If you value good service and careful handling, in my humble opinion, Joy Cleaners is worth it.

We chose Men's Wearhouse because my brother did his wedding tuxes there 4 years ago and looked amazing. About six weeks before the wedding, we came in to pick out styles and register our bridal party. We received excellent customer service from the employee who helped us pick out styles. We chose a black checked vest and accouturements for the bridal party and family members. No matchy, matchy business here. My husband wore a matching ivory checked vest with an ivory shirt. It took us about an hour or so to register our party with their various needs (full tuxes or parts of tuxes). Two days before the wedding, the bridal party men and other family members picked up their tuxes. They only had one alteration to do, but it was manageable in the timeframe. For the wedding, the guys looked fantastic! Working with Men's Warehouse especially the Mequon location was great. We had no big problems or drama arise in the process. They were also understanding when my husband's bowtie was returned without the tux. They said it's a common occurence. All in all, Mequon's Men's Warehouse is a great location with a friendly, helpful staff and a wide selection of tux choices.

Their inventory is reduced, it seems there is a smaller staff, and at times the fitting rooms are dirty with pins ill over. Now I find they primarily stock "modern cut" suits, which are great if you're athletic, but if you need a classic or executive cut, which fit the majority of American men, you likely have to go to a more metropolitan location. I went to the Brookfield location and it looked like the Grafton store used to: bustling with customers and staff, and plenty of inventory. I won't waste my time going back to the Grafton location.
