Today when I went to the store I came in for some yarn to finish off a blanket. Their yarn section looked like it had been torn apart. Boxes on the ground, unorganized yarn, etc. When I finally found my yarn, I took it to the checkout where I waited for 20 minutes (not to mention my two skeins were $20!!!). Finished shopping and I'm not sure I will be returning with the lack of customer service.

It looks like a Dollar General Store. Are they going out of business? Fabric bolts thrown about hap-hazzardly. PILES of "go back" bolts piled high. A WALL of carton boxes FILLED with fabric that has not been shelved yet... I could barely get my shopping cart up and down the isles. And it wasn't just me - fellow shoppers were wondering around the store - one said out loud "did a bomb go off in here"? Another said, "A bomb would HELP this..." The cut table guy was VERY nice. Fast and efficient. The check out guy? The rudest store employee I have ever met!!! Snapped at the customer before me when the older lady explained she didn't have a "smart phone" and asked if he had a coupon. You would have thought she called him a slur! He screamed at the poor woman. Very tall - very intimidating - very VERY rude. Her purchase was over $150. Mine was around $100 The store made $250 from just the two of us and there were at least a dozen other customers in the building. The place IS making money! Seems like a REAL lack of management. And - that front counter guy needs a LOT of retraining AND to be thrown head-first into an anger management session or two. Hobby lobby will be my fabric store next time around - I am sure they will appreciate my $100.00....

We were so excited to come in and make our own pottery for a reasonable price. The class was fun…read moreand we were given the option of painting it then or we could come back at a later time and paint it with studio paints and make designs, so we chose that option this class was in November). We went to paint these on February 13. We did very detailed pieces with flowers and intricate designs. The studio told me that they would be done within two weeks to a month. After a month passed, I called to see if our pieces were done, they weren't. After this, I called every week as the studio never followed up with me. Our pieces were finally done on April 3rd. So, I went in on the 4th to pick them up at opening. I waited an extra 15 minutes after opening and they had no one there, I knocked on the door and no one came. They did not have it anywhere that they were closed. I finally picked up our pieces and this studio absolutely destroyed our pieces. They melted the glaze and did not heat them in the proper temperature and ruined all our work designing them. So after 6 months, our pieces are going in the garbage. There was no apology for trashing our pieces or offer to reimburse us or to come in and redo them. It was so unfortunate that the team did not care to make things right.
