Helpful and enthusiastic experts. Dianne was especially helpful in helping me find a tricky fabric to tie a UFO (Unfinished Object) I've wanted to have finished for awhile. Prices were pretty normal , but she found a replacement for my white fabric that was spot on for color and texture but $3 cheaper than what I've been using. I'm grateful for your service! read more

I have always liked the selection of fabric at Creekside Quilting. However, the day that I was in, the very strong smell of cleaner was more then overwhelming. I don't know if they just got done cleaning or what, but what ever they use is just that strong. I was in there less then 5 minuets and had to leave. Maybe the staff is use to it and didn't notice. There is other ways to clean without using toxic cleaners. I wish stores would be more mindful of people who are very sensitive to toxic air fresheners and cleaners read more

Worst customer service experience ever!! I purchased a pfaff machine from them and will never go to their store again. Tried to get in for some warranty work and was told I had to sign up online and pay before they would look at it. I needed my machine and really couldn't wait 6 weeks for a repair. I took it to another Pfaff dealer and they had it back to me in less than 2 weeks-would have been sooner but for Labor Day. I was told I needed a replacment part and I should try to get it from this store as it was where I bought it. I called them and they told me I would have to order it from Pfaff and pay shipping. read more

Extremely rude employees. Three behind the counter as I entered the store. They were doing nothing!! Not one single word of greeting. So I left and took my money to a couple other wonderful quilt shops not too far away. Off The Rails quilt shop is absolutely fantastic. read more

Employees are not engaging. They acted as if they didn't care if I was there or not. While I did find what I wanted, when I went to the counter, the employees did not speak a word and just started the transaction. A "hello" would have been nice! read more

Four employees, one customer with 16 bolts of fabric -- five minutes waiting while they chit/chat with one another. Had better things to do with our time and left. Make your own judgment from our experience. Two stars for the good selection. read more

Good store but don't believe the closing times. Was there at 4:40pm (close @ 5:30pm) and the door was already locked. Drove across town to pickup some fabric Big disappointment. Lady was in there but wouldn't open the store. Going to shop elsewhere . read more

This shop rocks! Great selection. Great service. Great Fun. Worth the trip. Such great ideas everywhere you look. Love the huge variety of precuts. You can tell that the staff love their jobs and love quilting. read more

I really like this store. They have a nice selection of fabric from designers and themes. The staff is helpful and kind. The only complaint I could have is that for some of the designers or themes the fabric is not as up to date as I would personally wish. But none the less they are the only carrier for some of the less known designers, so I really appreciate the consideration they have for their customers expectations and wants. read more
