We had an absolutely amazing time last night!! We brought our 6 month old baby boy and they were beyond accommodating. Our drinks were delicious and the food was spectacular! Apparently it's a new menu and our double date + little guy enjoyed all the different dishes! Everything from raw bar oysters and shrimp, lobster, bass, fried chicken sandwich, artichoke dip, and chicken Milanese was on point. I liked our server making recommendations and I tried a few of them from the cocktail, fish special and sauce recommendation (red curry sauce was SO GOOD). We can't wait to go back again soon!

Classic Mussels + Fries, Jonah Crab and Blackened Shrimp Dip

My friend and I were craving mussels + fries and Seamore's did not disappoint. Went for lunch - ordered the "Coconut Shrimp" and "Jonah Crab + Blackened Shrimp Dip" apps. Both super delish, the coconut shrimp had a good crunch and the dip was gooey and seasoned well. We split the "Classic Mussels + Fries" main. Sauce with the mussels was good, but the fries were top tier. Super chill atmosphere (tons of natural light) and wait staff was attentive. Love the area, great options to eat and shop. Only suggestion would be to offer a lunch menu with smaller portions. A little pricey for a lunch, but seems pretty on par considering the location of the restaurant. Overall great experience - looking forward to coming back for dinner.

First time trying this place and it was good! Just shared a bunch of apps that were all pretty tasty. The place is super cute inside with some booths as well as some regular tables. The bar is very classy looking- I just usually prefer bar chairs with back support so these were lacking there, for me anyways. Nice wine list. Would def try again. Service is also great- our waitress was super attentive and even the manager kept walking by and making sure all was good. Would be great for commuters after work since it's right across from train too.

My fiancé and I had a nice date night at Seamore's! We were so excited to check out their first CT location, and it did not disappoint! The restaurant itself was clean and modern with an industrial feel, and the servers were professional and attentive. We loved their menu choices, especially the option for the Reel Deal, which my fiancé took advantage of. We thought the rosemary butternut squash spaetzel was such a unique choice, and it was delicious! All of the seafood was so fresh, and we were really impressed by the generous lobster chunks in the Mac and cheese. The churro ice cream sandwich was an awesome way to end our meal! Such a great restaurant to have in Darien Commons.

Meh. Great ambiance although it was loud. Inside acoustics are bad. Service was really great. The food, however was meh. Oddly, the guacamole and chips were the best. I know, who orders Guac and chips at a seafood place? We did and we were shocked at the flavor. Loves the pickled onions. We had Sancerre and a rose for drinks. Personally, I'm not a fan of the stemless wine glasses. I did however, notice that some tables had stemmed wine glasses. Where it goes south is the mains. Lobster roll had an option of warm or cold - French fries, chips or sweet potato fries. We chose the hot lobster roll. Also got the choice of scallops with red curry sauce and spaetzle. The lobster roll was kinda tasteless. No drawn butter I suppose for $34 we were expecting something fabulous. My dish felt like I could have ordered it from Cava. And that's not a dig on Cava just that it had an engineered, lack of culinary creativity that you'd expect from a seafood place. The scallops were large and cooked well, but not seasoned with anything memorable. Very disappointing. The red curry sauce was actually the star. Creamed spinach was good. So, we really wanted to love this place as a supporter of local businesses. But alas the flavor fell short. I would like to add that the service, friendliness and host were lovely. If I could Id give it a 2.5 as the price for taste was not commensurate. It's hard to give a 34 dollar lobster roll that tasted sub-meh anything but 2 stars. I believe this is a chain, so perhaps the love just got boiled out of the recipes and you're left with overpriced meh. Sorry all you Seamores fans!

Had a good ole time at this place! The ambiance is relaxing and inviting. The food was great, had lobster Mac and cheese and I will definitely circle back for it! And if you like guacamole, don't pass up on trying it here; absolutely to die for! The service was amazing! The staff was friendly and warm and my server Kyah was nothing short of a godsend! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and made sure my party was informed, hydrated and fed! We can't wait to return!

Beautiful establishment. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of my dinner before I started to enjoy it. :)

While the breakfast and brunch menu items were tempting, I was in the mood for a good old fashioned burger. There's just one on the menu, with specific toppings but I just got a regular cheddar cheese one with avocado and mayo on the side. The result was delicious and just what I needed on that gorgeous day. I actually started with a cookies & cream vanilla iced latte, and believe it or not it actually wasn't overly sweet and very well balanced. I tasted a strawberry ginger lemonade that someone else ordered which was great too, actually having strawberry fruit pieces in there. The interior was nice and bright, with kind of a nautical vibe which wouldn't be out of place since this area is very close to the ocean. The service was great, so for sure check out this fun spot if you're in the area!

They made some edits in that the salad overall was not warm and the sprouts were usually shredded and the kale was finely chopped. This was much different in that it wasn't chopped, shredded or warmed. It was extremely odd in that there were huge leaves of kale that weren't chopped. It was off putting. We spoke to the waitress and they said it was slightly different. They took the pile of kale away and were very kind about it. I think they comped one salad but that wasn't the intent. It made us sad because that was an amazingly delicious salad which became a letdown.

By the time we were ready to start ordering, a few seats opened up and our sweet waiter took care of cleaning the area first before we switched over to the bar. The overall ambiance of this restaurant was family friendly with a holiday feel. We ordered cocktails, which were delicious! Our appetizers (sticky wings = 10/10, omg the sauce!; shrimp bao buns, and some meatballs) kept us more than full enough that we decided to hold off on ordering anything else for the evening. Before we left, our original waiter asked how everything was and some of the exciting things that take place at this restaurant. I'm very big on customer service and I really appreciated how attentive, accommodating, and genuine everyone was throughout the night, even with there being so much people there. I will definitely come back again!

Got there early ahead of our reservation to get drinks at the bar. I ordered a dirty vodka martini and my husband got a gin martini. They got the order wrong and gave us both dirty martinis. I was briefly excited by them asking if I wanted blue cheese olives but even those were dry since you can see them on the bar pre-skewered, sitting in a container, not in brine. We finished our drinks and then moved to a table. We were not given water when seated. Placed an order for another round of drinks then (smartly) made the decision to order a mix of apps first before our entrees. Placed an order for another round of drinks, got the gnocchi, dumplings & wings. Food hit our table before our drinks arrived and we had to ask for water. Now onto the actual food - sadly, nothing good to say about it: - Sticky Gochujang Wings: well fried wing but WAY too much vinegar in the sauce not at all a Gochujang flavor - Sweet Chili Dumplings: Panda Express sauce a cloyingly sweet. Would expect more from a place like this. Also the filling of the dumpling tasted like it had curry seasoning? Curry + sweet chili are not flavors that mix - at least not in this dish. - Gnocchi: The sauce was broken/so grainy and gritty and the gnocchi itself SO DENSE. After this bad show, it was a no-brainer that we were gonna take our night and appetites elsewhere. So disappointing. Feels like they have a lot of service issues. Staff felt new even though they've been open for a year or so now. Unless some big changes happen, I have no interest in coming back.
