My wife and I came in Friday 3/7, where greeted instantly by the receptionist on duty around 3:30…read morepm, the over all experience was great. But the main reason for my review is to commend them on there professionalism, there was a younger couple with two kids who had an appointment set about 30 minutes prior the "altercation", the male customer stands up and says "what's the point of making an appointment if you all aren't going to honor it!" I could tell everyone in the lobby became in easy, however the receptionist handled it perfectly, and simply stated that she apologized for the inconvenience and that they were a tad behind. The man begins to over talk her and state that he's got places to be and that this is unacceptable. The lady kindly responds with I understand you are more than welcome to reschedule. The man who of course is furious, completely twisted her words and said to management that she said he and his family can deal with it and just leave. Too many individuals get disrespected in customer service and lied on, and when I can I like to insure that management knows what really happened.

I'm not exactly sure if that is his name but that's all my paperwork. He was rushing and I get that doctors are busy, but it was probably one of the worst experiences even worse than an ER visit... I paid out-of-pocket, and he completely just minimized everything and told me to move my arm as much as possible, and I physically literally cannot. I'm bruised in. I feel like every other next level was better than this one. I will not be back to this location. I did really appreciate Steph in particular, she made it worth the 2 hour wait to just be rushed out... still not even sure exactly what needs to be done I wish he gave a paper stating what I needed to do, but I had to get the nurse to call him in three different times and he seemed very irritated...

I brought my 5 year old son in to see if he had fractured his leg after a scooter crash. Of course,…read morethis happened on a Saturday evening right before Christmas, so I waited and came in first thing Sunday morning. I used the app to claim my spot in line and it notified me when to come inside. We had just enough time to grab breakfast and sit in the car to eat. Once inside, check-in was fairly easy and the nurses and staff were friendly and pleasant. After a simple X-ray and a visit with the Dr. it was confirmed that my son fractured his tibia. The nurse who wrapped his leg with a temporary splint was so courteous and careful with my son. We left with a CD of the X rays and an official report from the Dr. about the diagnosis. A few days later, a nurse called to check up on my son to see how he was managing his injury. I have nothing but great things to say about our experience at Next Level and highly recommend it to anyone. Tip: try to wait in the car and use the app if you can...lots of sick people in and out of the waiting room so you're better off minimizing the time you wait inside. Overall, I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience at Next Level.

I called ahead and was told they only accept walk-ins, so I came in and waited for about an hour. During that time, I noticed multiple people arriving and being seen right away because they had appointments. When I brought up that I had called earlier, the front desk staff became defensive instead of addressing the concern. Plus they charged my co pay without being seen. On a better note, I ended up going to Memorial Hermann Health System just two miles down the road. However, I can say when I was registering my child to be seen, I could see lots of patience names from the customer side into the registration side. The wait wasn't too long...20 minutes or so. While sitting in the waiting area looking at the posters on the windows, they looked really cheap. Printed on regular paper and hung up with medical tape . Yes, I know it may seem small but it was very professional looking and well I expect a professional setting at a place where my myself or child is seeking care. The nurse was kind and gentle with my child. She took her time and didn't rush her. The nurse practitioner was also kind and efficient while tending to my child. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for your urgent medical needs if your doctor is unavailable. Their website is also handy. If you are in need of non-Covid related illnesses you do not need an appointment.

Well, let's just say that…read morethrough absolutely no fault of my own (totally innocent here), I somehow managed to impact some earwax while attempting to remove it. I tried some over-the-counter remedies, but those made things worse--I ended up completely losing hearing in one ear. Oops. Time to call in the professionals. A quick Google search led me to Zion Urgent Care Clinic, which had stellar ratings. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me warmly and made the whole check-in process swift and easy. In no time at all, I was escorted to the back, and shortly thereafter, the doctor joined me. We had a pleasant, reassuring conversation before he took a quick look in my ear, immediately diagnosing the issue. After some specialized drops and a gentle ear irrigation, a giant chunk of earwax (trust me, it was impressively massive!) was removed, and my hearing instantly returned at full blast. The entire experience at Zion--from hospitality to the efficiency and effectiveness of treatment--was second to none. If you ever find yourself needing urgent care services, don't hesitate--Zion Urgent Care Clinic has my highest recommendation.
