Overall, pretty great. Some areas could've been executed better than others. The main issue I have…read moreis that the amount of glue that still remains on the floor has been tedious to remove. I still haven't gotten around to all of it just because there are so many patches of glue on the flooring that they installed. It does come off, but it's just labor intensive. I wish they would've cleaned it a lot better after the flooring had been set and dried.

I would not recommend this company…read more I chose them because the scope I discussed with the account manager included replacing my flooring and installing a new vanity I had already purchased. I verbally confirmed that scope with the account manager and paid an invoice that included a line item for that portion of the work. Despite that, the installer arrived without all of the necessary materials and informed me he was not comfortable installing the vanity. To be clear, I have no issue with the installer declining work he wasn't comfortable performing. What I do have an issue with is being told afterward that vanity installation was never included, despite it being discussed with the account manager and being a major reason I selected this company over other bids. The installer himself encouraged me to request a refund for that portion of the project, but the company only provided a partial refund ($180). As a result, I am left with an unfinished project, a sink currently being held up by a 2x4, and the need to hire a second contractor to complete the work. What should have been a straightforward bathroom update has turned into a major headache. By the time the project is finally finished, I will have spent significantly more than the original quote, despite choosing this company because I believed they would handle the full scope of work from start to finish.

Steven did a fantastic job fixing my uneven/damaged subfloor & installing LVP (COREtec) in two…read morerooms, a hallway, and on the stairs! He also installed new MDF for the stair risers (not painted yet in photo since they don't handle painting). Floor has no creaks in the rooms/hallway and looks beautiful. Pricing was fair and the best I could find in the area, and they were good about removing the costs for anything I handled myself (I removed old carpet and LVP, etc.) even though there were a handful of staples I wasn't able to pull myself from the stair risers. Just one word of warning, make sure you measure your floor space yourself--their measurements for the work were off by about 50 square feet, which would have made a big difference in the number of boxes of material I had to purchase. I think this was probably accidental from them including the bathrooms but given that _every_ floorer I spoke to provided inaccurate estimates it's best to just do the measuring/math yourself.

Jonathan referred us to the flake makers so we could identify the right colors and combination that we wanted for our floors. My husband absolutely loved how it came out, and I love that they do all the right steps to protect your floor and offer a lifetime warranty (they use epoxy and polyaspartic). It was also very easy to schedule the work with their team, and they offer several payment options. The work will take 2 days FYI and is also weather dependent. It was pretty cold (but not snowing) when they did our garage. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their garage floors treated!

We got an Ethan Allen dining room table from Restore but it had many wear marks. We asked Restore…read morefor refinisher recommendations and Moore & Sons were at the top of the list. When we took the table to these guys we quickly discovered they were highly skilled at refinishing wood and really nice guys. They do the work out of a shop in a separate building on their property. Maybe they do such a great job because their customers "know where they live." :-) We told them we wanted the legs painted off-white and a natural stain on the top. They took the time to show us our options to clarify exactly what we wanted. They gave us expert advice throughout the process to make sure what we thought we wanted was exactly what we were hoping for. We didn't feel rushed and appreciated them taking the time to get us the results we desired. They offered a service where they pick up and deliver the table which made it very convenient for us. After they did the work and delivered the table it was perfect. We are planning to give them another piece of furniture to transform for us. I don't remember exactly how much we paid for refinishing and picking & delivery, but for the convenience, and results they achieved, we gladly handed over our money.

Wow - we just had the best experience with Cabinet Restoration. From start to finish, the process…read morewas very professional, very smooth and the cabinets look fantastic. Suzy was our first point of contact in getting the bid which was pretty seamless. A small deposit is put down and then the work is scheduled. We had a crew of 4 (Abner, Maggie and unfortunately we cannot remember the other two) that came to our house to close off our kitchen from the rest of the house while they sanded, painted and got the work done. They went above and beyond to get some tricky glued cork shelf liners the prior owners had put down sanded off. Our dog was pretty smitten with Maggie and wanted to be in the mix of everything which we kept him away but again, they all could not have been nicer to give him a little love as well. We had the work finished on a Saturday because they didn't want us to go the weekend without access to our kitchen. We let the paint cure for an additional week before moving back in but it was nice to have access to the fridge, microwave, etc. All in all, this is a project we are really happy with and the price was in line with the work done. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to refresh existing cabinets!

I indicated I was ready to hire. They tell me they are available one week then come back and say a different week. Then we I ask about it, they tell me they are having scheduling issues and are not available at all. Wow, don't waste my time and I won't waste yours. Jenee
