At every step the Seal team have been professional and delivered on their promises. Ed, the owner, worked with me to schedule the work and communicated with me all the way through. On the start date the crew arrived early and went right to work. They worked as a team from sun up to sun down until the job was done. It was amazing! After having such a wonderful experience with this company, I feel compelled to write a review to describe my experience. We had a very bad roof leak in August 2018. Seal Roofing was able to respond to the property the very next day after the storm, assess the issue, and patch/repair it the very next day. They coated and sealed the entire roof at a great price and even pointed out several other maintenance issues (an area of missing stucco, hole in concrete, downspout/gutter, and uncaulked windows) that were also contributing to the house taking on water. In December of this past year a raccoon decided to eat a hole in the flat/sloping roof area of my house. My insurance company hired someone over the course of three months hardly any repairs were done. Once the repairs were done it rained and washed essentially 15 gallons of roof sealant down my gutters in my yard ruined everything. My insurance company finally sent these gentleman out to repair my roof. Not only did they repair the roof properly, they were fast and efficient. It's weird to actually see the roof done the correct way as opposed to excuse my language, half assed repaired the first time. They went above and beyond to make sure that every single item that even possibly needed to be fixed or done properly was torn apart and put back together professionally and beautifully. I will try to get pictures up in the next few days. But I would certainly recommend this company. Again the gentlemen that came out to work on the roof were professional, they worked fast but also with quality. After four months I will finally be able to actually use my screened in patio as an actual patio and not a indoor shower. Also to my knowledge the flat/sloping roofs aren't exactly the easiest things to do. So if you have work needed to be done on one of those I would call this number immediately and get them out to do your work. Called this company to inquire on whether or not they specialized in curved gutters for a castle front home. The receptionist was very friendly and I suggested sending pictures of the current gutter to review. I immediately sent the pictures and waited for a follow up. I received a follow up a few days later and Gina the receptionist was apologetic on the delay in a response. I was provided a written estimate and price via email The price was higher than my budget nevertheless, I will keep Seal Roofing in mind for future work. My quest continues. read more

My husband and I recently bought our first home and had a few minor roofing things that needed to be addressed, such as new gutters, kickout flashing, etc. Seal roofing was initially very responsive and nice and sent someone out quickly to look at the roof. They then gave us a reasonable quote in a reasonable amount of time. After getting a few other quotes, we decided to hire them for the job... which we eventually realized was a mistake and a big waste of our time. It took my husband making numerous phone calls and sending numerous emails to set up an appointment to have them come fix the roof. Someone eventually came one day (without any notice, luckily I just happened to be off work that day and home), but they weren't able to complete the job because they said they didn't know we needed green gutters and they only had white gutters (which should have been communicated by the person who did the initial inspection!). They were nice, though, so we thought we would just wait until they called to set up an appointment when the green gutters came in. They never called to set up an appointment, but just called one morning around 6 or 630 in the morning to see if they could come that day. Because I had no warning, I had to work that day and couldn't be at home for them to come, so again, the roof didn't get fixed. We were finally able to make an actual appointment with them... and they never showed up. I called 1 hour after they were supposed to arrive with no response. I called again 3 hours after they were supposed to arrive and someone finally answered and said they did not come because it was raining that day and the roofers do not work in the rain. I completely understand this.... BUT IT WAS NOT RAINING AT MY HOUSE THAT MORNING AND NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE NOT COMING! I was extremely upset and explained how the whole process with Seal Roofing was very frustrating and seemed to be very unorganized. I did get an apologize, but I also got many excuses and when I told the woman on the phone we no longer wanted their services and we would make sure to let others know the negative experience we had with her company, instead of providing good customer service and asking if there was anything they could do to fix the situation, the woman said, "Thank you for trying to put my company out of business," and then she hung up on me. read more

I have used Seal Roofing over the years for small repairs. Like most consumers I do my du diligence and get multiple quotes. Most other company's wanted to overcharge and do work that is not needed. O I was scammed by this company. Spoke to Ed via phone and we verbally agreed to patch the roof rather than replace it due to financial constraints. He agreed and said he could do the work within 5 days. The timeframe was correct but I received an invoice for $3750. He then seemed to avoid me and when finally reached he alleged he must've misunderstood what I wanted. Aren't such services agreed upon in writing before any action is taken?
