That's how little this situation mattered to whoever was on the other end. I called it out. Someone claiming to be the owner responded, assured me the refund would be handled. It wasn't. I followed up the next day. Watched the message get read. Sat there until 5pm. Nothing. No response. No confirmation. No refund. So to be clear: this business took my money, failed to make my food, failed to document my cancellation, sent me a lazy AI-generated non-apology, made a promise they didn't keep, read my follow-up and chose silence.
