Super delicious! Clean taste to the tostada, and the shrimp coctel was full of shrimps! Definitely doesn't skimp out on it! Very delicious!

I enjoyed the big, juicy pieces of shrimp and the mango slaw on top. Would definitely get this one again! We also shared the fish and chips - beer battered cod. I liked how the breading wasn't thick and it remained crispy!! Also, it didn't feel heavy or too oily at all. The fish inside was moist. The coleslaw that came with it was good too and it was a little sweet. I didn't like the tartar sauce that much and honestly didn't feel like the fish needed it because it already had good flavor. Service was great! The person who took our order was very nice. Very casual place! Can't wait to come back and try other items

There was still a significant line, but when we finally got to the front, the waitress taking our order wouldn't even look at us. She spent a good portion of our "turn" chatting with another waitress before finally turning to us--still with zero eye contact. We ordered a cioppino, a clam chowder in a sourdough bowl, fish and chips, and a dozen oysters. I noticed she shouted the soup orders back to the kitchen but didn't say a word about the fish and chips. When I specifically asked her if she got the fish and chips, she said "yes," took my card, and sent us to a table. Our soups and oysters arrived after 15 minutes, but another 30 minutes passed with no sign of the rest of the meal. When I followed up with the same waitress to check on the status, she looked at the order and flatly told me there were no fish and chips on there. By that point, the restaurant was already closing. She asked if I still wanted them, but after waiting that long and dealing with that level of indifference, I just said no. Extremely disappointing experience. If you're going to stay open for customers, you should at least provide basic communication and hospitality. I won't be coming back.

They gave us a small champagne to start off the night. What a lovely touch and we will be sure to come back. One of our favorite restaurants in little Italy. The clam chowder portions are much smaller now, and they removed the octopus from the happy hour menu. Since I really liked it, I ordered it at full price, but it wasn't good anymore and definitely not as tender as before. Overall, the food quality has gone downhill and it feels like they are cutting corners to save money. As locals, we used to come here all the time, but unfortunately I can't recommend it anymore. Don't waste your time.

The place itself is chilly, clean, and comfortable. I've been to many crab boil spots where it's humid and sticky, but this one was the complete opposite. It has a great mom-and-pop vibe, and the servers were very attentive. Food came out fast too. I believe they offer all-you-can-eat on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, which is a huge plus. Owner correct me if i got the days wrong. Between the four of us, we had beers, lobster tail, king crab, unlimited crab boil, and tip, and it was only around $300. That's very reasonable considering the quality. Definitely not cheap food, but high quality at a fair price. I'd definitely come back. As I was leaving, I noticed customers walking in with big smiles maybe the munchies ahem ahem, but I definitely ate a lot myself. Highly recommend everyone to try it out!!!

The wait wasn't too bad while they got our table ready. We considered the AYCE option, but the way the rules were explained was pretty confusing. The waiter mentioned that the whole table had to participate (expected), but everything would be served family-style on one order, and we'd all have to choose the same sauce and spice level. That didn't make much sense- especially with a group our size where everyone has different spice tolerances- so we decided to skip it and order à la carte instead. I ordered crawfish by the lb and the Combo #1, and the sauces were actually pretty decent. We tried both the lemon pepper and the house sauce in separate bags. That said, they were pretty stingy with the sauce, barely enough to coat everything. I noticed they don't use much garlic compared to other seafood boil spots. The calamari was disappointing- very tough and rubbery. The zucchini fries weren't very good either. It also appeared dark, as if they used old oil(?).. Their fried items weren't anything special and not something I'd order again. Overall, their Cajun seafood boil isn't bad, but it's not somewhere I'd go out of my way to return to. If friends really wanted to come here, I wouldn't object, but I'd definitely skip the fried foods and be prepared for a bit of a wait after ordering.

The service was outstanding from start to finish and the food completely lived up to the hype. I had the lobster mac and cheese and it was unlike anything I've ever had. Rich, flavorful, and worth every bite. Then dessert happened. Our server insisted I couldn't leave without trying the peanut butter brownie ice cream dessert and now I fully understand why. Unreal. I think I need about seven more of them immediately. Highly recommend for celebrations, group dinners, date nights, or anytime you really want to impress people.

The restaurant is in the heart of Gaslamp District, near Petco Park and the San Diego Convention Center. It gives off a lively upscale, casual-elegant vibe that is perfect for date nights or group gatherings after work. The decor is sophisticated and rustic, and the large open windows give it a nice open-air feel. I was super impressed with the view on the second floor with the sophisticated decor and exquisite attention to detail. We decided to have dinner at the bar since we did not have reservations and there was a wait for a table. We were able to get seated at the bar right away. The bartenders were friendly and attentive and offered their food and drink recommendations. We ordered the calamari, brussels sprouts, lobster roll, and rib eye. Way too much food for two people but so worth it! The brussels sprouts were hearty and the calamari was nice and crunchy, topped with a zesty sauce. The lobster roll was served either Maine-style (cold) or Connecticut-style (warm). I ordered it cold and when it arrived, I did not leave a single crumb on the plate. The bun was buttered and nicely toasted with a massive amount of lobster filling in it. Served with fries, it was a great dish that left me satisfied but not overstuffed. My boyfriend had the ribeye and was cooked to his satisfaction. It was tender, salted well, and did not need any condiments added. We will definitely be back when we're in town!

The seafood tower had a variety of crab, lobster, shrimp, mussels, clams, amazing oysters and periwinkle snails that none of us have ever tried before. That and the bread with crispy salt on top were the highlight of the evening. Our entrees were prawns and a ribeye with a side of butternut squash. Delicious but kinda salty. We ended the meal with a birthday pizooki style cookie topped with ice cream. The service was not great here, we couldn't get water or tea refills, and the server disappeared for very long periods of time and it was very hard to get a hold of him when we needed something. And the parking is a nightmare here, especially on a Friday night. But the seafood tower and ambiance sorta made the experience a little better.

I'm always drawn to inventive seafood tacos, especially when they showcase different preparations, and this spot absolutely delivered. We sampled the blackened swordfish, the estilo Baja white fish (light, crisp, and exactly what you want from a classic), and started with the smoked fish dip all paired with margaritas that were dangerously smooth, more like fresh juice than a cocktail. Nothing missed the mark: from the rich, smoky dip to the perfectly seasoned blackened taco and the satisfying crunch of the fried option, each bite was thoughtfully executed. A detail I loved each order comes with two tacos, making it ideal for sharing and tasting your way through the menu. The freshness of the fish really shines and sets the tone for a proper taco crawl. Though the space is on the smaller side, with limited indoor seating and a cozy patio, it adds to the charm. It's the kind of intimate setting that invites you to linger, people watch, and take in the vibrant artwork that defines Barrio Logan. The staff is quick and detailed with honest feedback. A couple of notes: they're closed Mondays and Tuesdays, and parking is street-only, so plan accordingly. But once you're there, the flavors more than make up for any extra effort.
