Not super happy with the service today, and in the past…read more Before the winter got cold, I inquired about why my car was having a hard time starting, and sometimes didn't start in the cold. They looked at my car, and said it would be fine. They said my battery was in tip top shape. Two months later in the cold, it didn't start, and I couldn't make it to school. Turned out to be weak battery, and the starter. Things I feel they shouldn't have overlooked. Just now, I called inquiring about state inspections. I say I am coming right now to get it inspected, they say that's fine. I get here, and they say there is five hour delay to get my car inspected today. I have class, that wouldn't work for me. I wish they would've mentioned that before I wasted my time driving over. I'm sick of this, and them. Unless I have to I won't be coming back.

Had to look it up and got the "oh by the way we didn't as you need two new front tires." Why didn't you call and tell me that when you had my car? Ordered two to be serviced later that week. Four days later my coolant light goes on... I got an oil change the levels were supposed to be checked so I called them up. We can't be sure why your coolant light is on so it'll be $175 for a diagnostic test. So I go and buy some additional coolant and have somebody that I know put a little bit of it in and lo and behold, the light goes off.. needless to say I never went back for the two new tires. In the past, I've given them 5 stars for their honesty, good prices, and quick service. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. One of my vehicles developed a leaking radiator, so I called them on a Wednesday. Their voicemail instructs you not to call repeatedly, as they will return your call -- but three business days passed with no response. When I finally called again, the same person who had helped me before was rude, unprofessional, and even hung up on me. This is not how long-time customers should be treated. My car sat for three days while I waited, and they couldn't even call back to say they were too busy to take the job. It feels like this small shop has grown beyond its capacity, especially during the busy summer tourist season. If you need a one-off repair and they have time, you might still get decent prices here. But if you're looking for a reliable, long-term relationship with a shop that values customer loyalty, I can't recommend them anymore. Sadly, after many years, they've lost my business.

Total scumbags. They charged me to fix a smashed headlight and bumper and said I would be all set…read moreand that they would install it. He replaced the bumper in a few weeks, but then took weeks to get a used headlight assembly and would not schedule a time to install it. They kept cancelling with communication only after numerous calls, even though the work was paid for in full (which I will never do again). After three cancelled attempts to get them to install it I dropped it off for 10 days while on a work trip with the agreement that it would be installed. They closed the shop and seem to be moving it, and didn't do the repair. They didn't even bother to tell me this until I had to repeatedly call and message them. Then they started to pretend that I had not paid already and that what they charged me for was testing another light. I am going to sue them for breach of contract.

I called and texted every day until 12/13 when I finally had to get the police involved. Once they reached out he promised it would be fixed by Saturday 12/16. Today is Monday 12/18 and I have not heard from him and now the police can't get ahold of him either. Truck hasn't moved since it's got there. I leave for Ohio to see family for the holidays and now I no longer can go as I do not have a vehicle. If he was open and honest and properly communicated I could have went elsewhere. I had to pay $225 for a locksmith to get my truck out because he won't give me my keys
