I asked Jordan why he told me to come in early because I could have worked from home and just bought my car in at 3pm as planned . He blew up, walked into the garage and starting swearing and that he would just push some through, it was the busiest part of the FU$#%king day, etc. The reason I was upset is that I called first to check their schedule. My tires cost almost 2k ( Continental high Performance) . I WILL NEVER EVER BUY TIRES OR HAVE MY CAR SERVICED BY THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

Upon picking my car up I was told my total was somewhere around the $1065 price point (not exactly sure of the final total). I panicked because in this economy, I had been saving and pinching pennies for the past 3 weeks to ensure I could effort the $700 price tag for the needed repairs. When I was given the new total, I asked if I could go out to my car because it seemed quite a bit higher than my original quote. The man said "of course!" I came back with my original quote and at this point Garry (manager?) had joined our crew and we all tried to figure out what happened. After a few minutes we realized that someone (not me) had called and asked to have an additional service added on to their appointment today and it was somehow added to my car. Garry was amazing after I reassured him I had no idea what he was talking about and had not called since I placed my original call about the inspection & check engine light nearly 5 weeks prior. Garry removed the additional $350+ charge and was completely amazing to work with. I felt awful that this had happened but also was super glad I had kept the original quote! These are tough times!

Not super happy with the service today, and in the past…read more Before the winter got cold, I inquired about why my car was having a hard time starting, and sometimes didn't start in the cold. They looked at my car, and said it would be fine. They said my battery was in tip top shape. Two months later in the cold, it didn't start, and I couldn't make it to school. Turned out to be weak battery, and the starter. Things I feel they shouldn't have overlooked. Just now, I called inquiring about state inspections. I say I am coming right now to get it inspected, they say that's fine. I get here, and they say there is five hour delay to get my car inspected today. I have class, that wouldn't work for me. I wish they would've mentioned that before I wasted my time driving over. I'm sick of this, and them. Unless I have to I won't be coming back.

I had my 2015 jeep wrangler serviced herez originally it cost 1800 to do a lot of front end work…read more after I get it back there was still more noises in the front end. So I scheduled Another appointment for have it fixed and after the it cost me 600 dollars more so a total of 2400. After i gktnot home it Was still making the same noise as when I brought it in the first time. Come to find out the technician had a loose nut on something and it was addressed quickly. Fast forward 2 months and 3000 miles later my son took the jeep in to get tires rotated at town fire tire where we got the tires from originally and they said it needed an alignment. which I already paid for when first one when we got all the work done Only 2 months prior. so I called Firestone back to make a comlaint about having the alignment done already and the guy said this is normal. It's only been 2 months and 3000 miles how is this normal? Never in my life has this happened to me or anyone else I know for that matter. So I paid 140 at town fair tire to get the alignment done. Now I could have taken it back to firestone since they offer a 12 month warranty but my son who is 16 Dis not know this. So that part is one me to tell him that. But that being said there is no way you need another alignment down after 3000 miles. My experience here has been shit and a joke. And not to mention they didn't even change the rear swaybar links like they were supposed to do, so I had to do that myself after I got it back. So as far as I'm concerned this place has shitty service and I'll never be back there again. Good luck of your taken your car to this place. Hope they get it right the first time and not like my experience. This place can can go pound sand. What a rip off, run around and a bunch of excuse. Why didn't they diagnose it right the first time? so instead of 1800 dollar I paid 2400 and still had to take it back and then 2 months later I had to get an alignment done elsewhere. come on man what are we doing here?

He replaced the bumper in a few weeks, but then took weeks to get a used headlight assembly and would not schedule a time to install it. They kept cancelling with communication only after numerous calls, even though the work was paid for in full (which I will never do again). After three cancelled attempts to get them to install it I dropped it off for 10 days while on a work trip with the agreement that it would be installed. They closed the shop and seem to be moving it, and didn't do the repair. They didn't even bother to tell me this until I had to repeatedly call and message them. Then they started to pretend that I had not paid already and that what they charged me for was testing another light. I am going to sue them for breach of contract.
