504w We were told there might be occasional noise . 4 out of 7 days we were awaken at 8AM to a hammer drill in concrete. Do you know how loud that is? There are very few noises louder on a construction site. 50 men and 7-10 trucks was a mess. Sometimes we had to park across the street and walk our groceries back across 98 while the workers made themselves at home all over the property. Id have canceled my trip had I know it would be like this! All we asked for in compensation was beach chairs to no avail. Mold and failing sheetrock on the ceilings from the units above leaking in the bathroom and kitchen. When you took a hot shower you could smell the mold pouring of of the sheetrock. Can't imagine the black mold behind the sheetrock. You can see where they paint over the new mold every week. A brown nugget of material on the vanity, a pubic hair in the bed and hand wiped plates in the cupboard. Our feet turrned black walking around the unit. We have stayed at Seachase atleast 6 times prior but this place has gone downhill. We nicknamed this area as "Meth"ama City. It is dirty rundown and doesn't feel safe. If I were bringing daughters I would keep a close eye on them due to the heavy concentration of day laborers working on this job not to mention the rif raf passing through on foot daily! All we wanted were some chairs on the beach to compensate us and all we were offered were the same coupons they already offered us that they get for free to get people in local attractions. Piss poor management piss poor place made for a piss poor vacation! Thanks Seachase ! Not planning to revisit this corner of Meth"ama City again! Good Riddance! The company has posted below my review and it's total lies I have pictures. I also have the emails and I threatened noone. Hammer drill 8 AM 4 days in a row. Yeah Im just a mean old customer upset about beach chairs. The condition of the place was unacceptable and I guess that's why it's going to take 2 years to complete the repairs. I can post the pictures or send them to this rental company. My review is 100% factual. It's funny they didn't deny the mold issue which had everyone in our unit coughing the entire time. Back in home no cough or breathing issues. Maybe the PCB health department should come analyze the mold problem. In a place as hot and humid as Panama City there are legions of mold growing inside the walls of this unit. I have been here 6 times so I chose this place many times not the same. Maybe in 2 years when they complete the project it will be nice again I don't know but the area is lousy and run down. If you look at the review before mine for unit 504w you will see those people felt the same way. It's SCVR not I that is the problem. Must suck having to call people liars on Google every day because your place is dilapidated! Came out one day to stucco all over the hallway. One day the elevator stopped with the cleaners onboard and they didn't think we would get it going again. It was a mess every day somewhere. Definitely don't walk around barefooted. Glass, splinters and stucco around the property. Pool gates are in disrepair. Watched one of these wonderful craftsmen that work there drop a glass light cover and shattered infront of the elevator and saw various glass shards in front of the elevator over the following days. They want to call me a liar I can go on and on. The black mold is definitely a health issue that's the biggie! They offered the same tickets the offered on email as working with guests to resolve a problem that's a joke right? How about offering a mold remediation company a sheetrock crew a new refrigerator or just some beach chairs instead of the free ticket vouchers you recieve from local business for free. You did nothing but deny the situation and poo poo my complaints! I didn't threaten nor was I irate. I'm a real man and handled the situation with my 2 girls. Now I'm irate and you did your best to get me here! The rusty chairs on the porch and the deadbolt doesn't work so we had no way to lock out anyone while we slept were a nice touch too! read more

We stayed in 704E operated by Vacasa through Airbnb. Vacasa through Airbnb messaging has been extremely responsive to all of my maintenance requests. The condo was very clean and stocked with plenty of little soaps, shampoos, dish soap, paper towels, fresh dish cloths and sponges, etc. Pros: the beach views from every room are amazing. The entire back wall of every room in each of the condos is solid floor to ceiling glass with sliding doors. The location is perfect. The beach in front of the condo is miraculously uncrowded... a very calm and peaceful spot. Never had to wait more than 10 seconds for an elevator and did not notice any weird smell as other have said. Easy beach access with two rental chairs and umbrella setups for $40 each per day.... and they make multi-day deals. The king bed is very comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are actually very luxurious and the appliances are new and high quality. Cons: there have been several high quality updates to 704E such as the kitchen and bathrooms but the furniture needs to be replaced, the pillows on the beds in the double bedroom are completely flat, the sliding glass door in the main room is almost impossible to move... it takes all of your strength and body weight (maintenance staff are coming tomorrow to work on it), and it's doesn't get very cool in the double bedroom... although there is a fan that helps. read more

We spent a week here at the end of May. The condo was beautiful. As soon as we walked in my daughter asked me to buy it We absolutely loved staying here and will definitely return. I got to watch dolphins in the gulf from the balcony with my morning coffee. My dogs favorite spot was laying on the couch watching everyone out on the beach. The location is absolutely perfect. Close enough to walk to Pier Park and all the restaurants but far enough from the busiest parts of the beach. It was a perfect week and I can't wait to return next summer!!! read more

Seachase is an ocean front condo complex located in Panama City Beach. The property is dated compared to many others along the strand but you can find much worse here and there, especially on the west end of PCB. - Strengths: All condos have beachfront views from almost every room. The property is just about a mile from pier Park. The beach is not very crowded so that is a huge plus. - Weaknesses: many units have smelly carpet, including ours - check before you book. The swimming pool is one of the smallest I've seen in a complex this size. There is also no hot tub on site. The one elevator per building is enough but it stinks and has stalled on one of the owners I talked to. Cost for one week in early June was $2200. read more

Review for unit E504. Do not rent this unit! I've stayed at Seachase before in a different unit and loved it! I will stay at Seachase again but not in this unit. This is my second day here I checked in yesterday. The manager here at Seachase is awesome and I don't fault him at all, but let me tell you about this unit - it is very outdated and rough, not to mention the floors are filthy. The floors in the living room are new but that's about the only thing updated. The TVs in the bedrooms do not not have service, the manager is going to send someone and I hope it is fixable. There is a VCR in the closet but not even a DVD player? Seriously? I'm glad the Wifi works. I went to Walmart and bought a Swiffer and cleaning supplies. Didn't expect to be cleaning someone else's dirt on my vacation but again at least I love the view! It's the only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1! read more

Let's start with the positives. It has a great view! Now... the negatives. If you don't mind staying in a filthy condo (801 west) then this is your place! It looks nothing like the dreamy pictures in VRBO. The seating in the living room were absolutely filthy! Looked like someone smeared fingers with feces and Cheetos on them. We had to put sheets on them the entire time just to have a place to sit. The bedroom bedding on the west side looked like it had feces on it. Oh and the icing on the cake was the lovely moldy shower liner curtain in the bathroom on the west side. Honestly, the house keepers should be ashamed and Southern Coast Vacations, who advertised this condo on VRBO should be as well for cheating their customers out of lots of money! read more

I wish i had read these reviews before booking at Seachase W101. I was expecting a little more than a beautiful ocean view for the price of this unit. First thing they should do is hire better cleaning crews. The glass doors that give you a large view of the ocean were so streaked and smeared that I cleaned them myself. Cobwebs in the top of glass windows/doors behind curtains. The floor was filthy. If you walked on it barefoot for a few minutes the bottoms of your feet were coated with black dirt. We all bought or had socks to wear when inside. One of the chairs to the dining table was broken and wobbly that my sister almost fell out when she sat down. We checked the other chairs and some of them had wobbly legs too. There was no hot water at the kitchen sink so makes me wonder how the dishwasher cleans dishes or how anyone can wash a dish by hand and be satisfied that its clean. The ice maker was totally frozen up so we had to buy ice. I did report this to Weaklygetaways. Guy came over and said he was going to check it out and get back in touch with me. Never heard another thing from anyone. Like i said, for the amount of money that they charge for a stay you would expect alot more. I think i'm going back to Orange Beach. So IMO check your unit out good before you rent. read more

E504 is still as bad as the reviewer below stated a year ago. Bedroom TVs still do not work but that was the least of the worries. The place is filthy and popcorn ceilings are falling apart. Doors were coated in years of dust, cabinets hanging loose, bathroom towel rack off. Never felt so dirty in a rental before! Pots and pans and cooking utensils old and dirty. Would never feel comfortable cooking anything in them. The view is wonderful and that's it! read more

Review for Seachase E201. We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into this unit at the Seachase Condominiums. First, this is PCB, not Seaside or Rosemary, so we didn't know what to expect with regards to location. Well, it's not a new and trendy area, but it is in a nice part of PCB and it is right on the beach, convenient to places like Dusty's and Pier Park. The town has put some laws into effect that limit the partying that can go on in PCB, especially during Spring Break. As a family vacation, this trip saw no kids behaving badly, and the entire stay was terrific. The two condo buildings are perhaps eight stories high and not particularly noteworthy. Hmmm, what about the unit itself? Well, E201 is very, very nice, and you'll open the door to wall to wall windows and doors overlooking the dunes and the sea. You can't get any closer to the beach unless you pitch a tent. What a view! The unit is well appointed with everything you'd expect at home, from coffee maker to washer and dryer to towels to comfortable furniture and beds. Floors are attractive tile, ready for easy clean up. The bathrooms are well appointed in upscale tile and fixtures, better than any hotel. The master shower is a multi-jet delight, though it will take a few minutes to figure out its operation. We choose the place not only for location, but because we could bring our dogs. Our two goldendoodles felt at home almost immediately. The pool is small and not very exciting, but the real draw is the beach just a few steps away. It is beautiful. The unit comes with 4 cushioned lounge chairs, umbrellas and beach towels - a nice touch. One of the other nice features of this rental was the property manager. Corry was our point of contact, and she was terrific. She made sure our stay was great from start to finish. The owners should be delighted with their decision to use her and her company to represent them. This place, Seachase E201, was an unexpectedly great find, and we look forward to coming back! read more

If you are looking for condo units with the best beach view from every room, this is the place to book! Views are amazing from every room as one whole side of the condo is nothing but floor to ceiling windows/sliding doors. However, because they are single pane, be prepared to feel some breeze even when they are closed! I joined friends who had a monthly rental and truly enjoyed the view. While the condo was nice, upgrades would be appreciated. Water damage on nearly every ceiling and outside the master its obvious that someone tried to patch some spots and didn't have matching paint for the walls. Furniture is comfortable; however the single recliner didn't recliner properly - there was no way to keep the back of the chair reclined! Beds were somewhat comfortable but it appears that the owners chose to forgo new mattresses and instead used a 4" thick slab of memory foam on top. Males for some interesting sleeping! For the price, one would think that they'd be walking into a place WITHOUT water damage!! Pool is down due to maintenance, but is not heated so wouldn't have been able to utilize in January anyway! Overall, I would personally book on this property but would be prepared for the conditions of the space. read more
