The resort itself is great. Decent amenities and good parking. The problem lies with the management company. In particular, Mary, the manager. Unprofessional and unpleasant barely begins to describe her and select members of her staff. To be clear, it is obvious that the renter is not her priority. I've spoken with numerous others that feel the same way.

We've been coming to PCB for the last 4 years for vacation & the Celadon (1505) has been the cleanest & best condo we have stayed in the entire time! I didn't have to clean anything when we got here, had everything we needed to make breakfast & lunch (we go out for dinner) I didn't plan on writing a review until I heard people complaining about the elevators at the celadon being SLOW.. yeah they are someone slow at the end of the day when everyone is coming up from the beach BUT they WORK, DON'T STINK & are CLEAN! We stayed at the summit two of the four years and the elevators didn't work AT ALL, we had a baby and our luggage to haul up and down those stairs both years and the second year our room was Horrendous w/costumer service regarding the room being equally as bad!! So before anyone complains about elevators being somewhat slow I assure you it can be MUCH WORSE!! The only issue we had this week is the washer being spotty about working but that isn't anyones fault and they are doing everything to help us resolve the issue during this busy week. Thanks for being great Celadon & owners of 1505!

Stayed in unit 1406 and apparently it was renovated by the owners which the pictures online don't reflect. It was absolutely stunning would definitely come back and plan on coming back soon. Spending 2017 New Years in 1406 and the owners painted the condo and it looks great!

I really love this resort!! The views are great the location is great and the beach is wonderful!! I just wish that the room we are in was a little more updated. It's nice but the tv in the kids room is a tv with a VCR tape built in it and doesn't work. I had them come fix the connection but as soon as he left it messed up again and I didn't want to keep bothering them with it. It's just and issue because my children sleep with the tv on (scardy cats) lol. The pull out coach bed is horrible. Not really sure if any couch beds are good but this one defiantly isn't.

Overall 3.75 Stars Located right on the beach in Panama…read moreCity, FL. You can get any closer to the white sands and ocean The building's architecture is unique due to its crescent style format and all the rooms have a wonderful view of the ocean and manicured beach. The interior of the building is modern with art Nuevo and beachy themes. It has a chill vibe where you can enjoy inspired beachy drinks and decent food. Just across the street, there other restaurants and shopping stores. The rooms were ok. It has been renovated but you can tell the room was old and dated. Scuff marks on the furniture, a "painted" full size fridge, and exterior balcony door that has seen some weather. The bathroom was a highlight with a recent renovation and it was light and bright. Water pressure was good too. The main reason why you pay extra and higher cost is for the ocean and beach view. Our balcony view was perfect for us. Great sunrise and sunset views. The breeze was gently enough to keep to somewhat cool and the music coming from the pool's grill bar was pleasant enough to dance or hum along. Only downside was the AC unit which can quite loud cuz it part of the balcony's exterior. But hey, it kept our room cool and refreshing. The hotel amenities includes, two restaurants (Italian / Mediterranean) inside, and pool grill (American), small excessive room (machines only), and the HIGHLIGHT - three different sections of the massive pool! A large main pool, a separate Lazy River, and a kids section with its own water playground. Also, a hot tub too. The lazy river was fun and relaxing. The grill bar had ample seats and on occasion they will have Live music. The other highlight was the beach. Just a 100 feet from the main entrance and pass the pool. Bam you are there! Also, they have lounge chairs and umbrellas for rental; $45 per hour or $60 for five hours. We opted for the $60, cuz you can walk back and forth to the grill bar for drinks and food and you don't have to worry on someone taking your spot. Definitely recommend the place! So take off your shoes and enjoy the time at pool and beach, and remember what Bobby McFerrin sang, "Don't worry, be happy"! Oh, see my other review on their Italian/ Mediterranean restaurant!

The amenities are fantastic and definitely worth the extra fee. They have a hula in the evenings that they encourage people to attend. The food at the bar is acceptable and the drinks are good, especially the margarita is strong. The other sugary drinks might not do their job. The staff was fantastic and I believe her name was Victoria at the front desk who was a delight to work with.

The master bedroom has a private door onto the patio which was super nice! The condo was clean, and spacious. Two big bedrooms, both with King size beds gave plenty room for us to spread out and move around. The biggest bonus was the QUEEN size bunk beds! There are two pools on the property that are beachside, and the beach is easily accessible. We like the fact that there are beach chairs right there for rent and you can also rent jet skis, parasailing, banana boat rides and boat trips to Shell Island. Across the street behind Alvin's Island you can rent golf carts. The condo kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. There is also a full-size washer and dryer that was great to have to wash daily beach wear. I loved the fact that the parking garage was attached with a walkway, and you didn't have to attempt crossing the busy street with all your luggage and groceries. To access this condo, there is actually another elevator located on the west end of building. Made it easier to get to and from the condo. The main elevator on the 3rd floor at the walkthrough gets really busy at check-in and check-out time. Condo is close to great shopping, eating places and Pier Park. Right across the street from Shuckums. The only issues we had with the condo were minor for the most part. The blender in the kitchen didn't work. The shower head in the guest bathroom was made so that it would not angle all the way down and would spray out of the shower onto the floor if you opened door to get in/out. the guest bedroom REALLY could use some Blackout curtains. Alvin's Island is directly across the street and their lights stay on ALL NIGHT which makes it really bright in the bedroom. If you're a light-sensitive sleeper like me, you'll never get to sleep! I actually slept on the couch one night. The biggest issue was the sliding barn door closure on the kitchen closet. It is not secured with a guide on the floor and easily comes off the track when trying to open. It even fell completely off the track once and fell over onto my granddaughter. Fortunately, it did not injure anything or break. This is the most serious issue and really needs to be fixed/secured. All in all, the condo was great, our trip was great, and the weather was great. I would definitely go back to Aqua 511 again. Couldn't ask for anything better!

This condo is NASTY - if there is a good review, it's not from anyone who actually has standards. There is mold. There is grime. The mattresses will make you cringe. I wish I could post pictures- I have plenty. We left early and can assure you, we will stay far away from this unit and any others managed by this group.

Cindi at the front desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property. We stayed in two different rooms during our visit and were impressed with the cleanliness of both. Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt fresh and well-maintained. Parking is available for a daily rate of $20, and I loved that breakfast is included with your stay. The breakfast buffet is available from 7-10 a.m., which made it easy to grab a bite before starting the day. The hotel also has a full-service pool with towels readily available, but honestly, the beachfront was my favorite! It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the beautiful beach views. The staff were friendly and working hard to keep the entire facility clean and welcoming. We also rented an umbrella with two chairs for a half day for $50, which I thought was a very reasonable price for the convenience. One suggestion I would make is regarding the Starbucks coffee available on-site. While it's definitely a nice amenity, having a barista available would help alleviate some of the extra workload on the front desk staff, especially during busy mornings. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely look forward to staying at Hyatt House again in the future!

I think they can use some tips in customer service though. I wasn't extremely pleased with my stay at this hotel during my Memorial Day weekend stay. However, I must say it by far is probably one of the best hotels on the strip (looks wise). The confusing and aggravating part about this hotel is that there are five different buildings located under this name. Before my trip nothing was throughly explained to me about fees or which of their many 5 building I'd be staying in. When I arrived I pulled into the Origin at Seahaven luxury style hotel and was told I needed to go across the street to check in. At no point, did anyone ever inform me that I'd be staying at the first hotel I pulled into. After racing across the street to check in to my hotel, I asked to change my card number on file as I wanted to put the entire hotel fee on the same card. I was informed that the hotel deposit, I paid was actually used towards my first night of stay and could not be refunded for that reason. ‍ Tired from my drive and anxious to get to my room, I told be hotel rep, that was fine and gave her a card to charge the remainder amount to. Upon receiving my key, she never once told me I was not staying in the hotel I checked in at. I searched around for my room for 20 mins! Only to find that it was not in that hotel. I drove down the street to the other three hotels under the main Seahaven chain only to find out my room wasn't at those two either. After spending an hour looking for my room, between each of these 5 buildings, I returned back to the second building I checked into only for the same hotel rep to tell me "oh you're across the street in the luxury hotel" ‍ After arriving to my room, it appeared to look decent. It was not what I anticipated but definitely looked a lot better than a lot of other hotels on the strip. They did not have room service, so you must request new towels on a daily basis, that may or may not be bought to your room at the time of your request. Overall I think the Origin at Seahaven needs to provide more clarity on how their hotel chain operates. I don't plan on staying here when I return to Panama City, although I liked the area in which I stayed and the hotel was not messy like many in the surroundings areas, I rather search for something better!
