If they had a beef taco pizza would be the only thing that would be on my wish list. Their hours are weird I do wish they were open more they seem to close up earlier than posted most of the time so I'm too late very often, but as is the perk and right of a family business. Highly recommend.

Oh, how disappointing…read more After a two year absence, we were so looking forward to sinking our teeth into a Pepper Creek pizza again. How things have changed. I noted that there was the unmistakable flavour of a cheap barbecue sauce in the tomato base, as well as some form of hot sauce. These two elements are lamentable on their own, but a disaster in combination if not specifically requested, or anticipated. With each mouthful, all I could taste was the hideously cheap barbecue sauce overpowering the rest of the pizza's toppings. A very, very sad ending to our beloved pizza-eating experiences at the Pepper.

The roasted vegetables were simple, well-prepared, and a nice complement to the starters. The scallop risotto was a standout: rich, perfectly cooked scallops, and beautifully balanced flavors. I just wish there had been a little more rice...it was more of a small plate than a full entrée. On the flip side, the gnocchi came in a very generous portion and was absolutely delicious; pillowy, comforting, and satisfying. The pear pizza was such a pleasant surprise: sweet and savory, with a thin, crisp crust that held everything together perfectly. We ended the meal with the chocolate torte and amaretti crème brûlée, and both were exceptional: decadent, well-textured, and not overly sweet. Portion sizes were a bit mixed throughout the meal, but the flavors and presentation were consistently impressive. Would absolutely come back!
