The driveway now has cracked even more and stained all over as we believe they did not seal the driveway either. I contacted Macio the owner of Bela Vista Contractors and left numerous of messages on his personal cell all which he has ignored , I then contacted Bela Vista Contractors office several times and left 2 messages with employees there which were going to be forwarded to Macio and local office according to them which also were ignored and not answered. I since have tried in many occasions to contact the office and the owner but have been ignored. It's a newly built home and driveway should not have that many issues. I have pictures of when it was freshly done, huge pipes sitting on top of the driveway which may have been the cause of the crack. I have all screenshots of all the calls and messages sent to Macio as well. I did a little more research only to find that Macio the owner of Bela Vista Contractors is also under the builders company Monna homes. They all need to get looked into. Driveway needs to be fixed properly , the excuse "oh we are in Florida" told by builder should not be a valid excuse as my neighbors house driveway was done the same time by the same contractor and its not cracked and older homes in the neighborhood with older driveways are also not cracked. Its sad that some people care more about the quantity of work and not the quality of work. It's said to be ignored when all we want is for them to honor warranty and fix the issues.

Thanks to CK Cabinets, my entire home is now full of high-end soft-close walnut veneer and flat black cabinetry-all with ingenious space saving interior shelving solutions. Under the direction of Eduardo, CK Cabinet's carpenters, installers, and countertop fabricators proved themselves experienced craftsmen that pay close attention to detail. So after giving me exactly what I wanted on my kitchen, I of course went back to them for my bathrooms and beverage bar! Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Finally had to pay a handyman quite a bit of money to fix the lights. The kitchen sink started leaking underneath. The person who repaired it said that the sink was installed improperly. The leak was especially upsetting to us, after we had experienced the mold issue due to a leak prior to the kitchen being remodeled. One of the drawers does not always close or reopen properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Several of the cabinets are not aligned properly. Again, Calls to Creative Kitchens went unanswered. Most recently, we experienced a leaky hose in our dishwasher. The repairman was unable to move the dishwasher in order to access the hose. It was later determined that this was due to Creative Kitchens installing the dishwasher on top of wet cement. It had to be detached with a drill. I would stay clear of Creative Kitchens based upon the above. Not only is their work substandard, but they do no stand behind it.

What happened to this once great company?…read more When I first moved down to Florida, I used Island Air for all of my AC needs. I replaced a system and had quite a few service calls at all the homes I resided in. Always a great experience. The techs were professional and knowledgeable and the office staff was always quick about scheduling. Now? They're never available. I wanted to sign up for an annual maintenance plan and they told me they're booking out to November. It's August. Service calls? Techs are never available in a reasonable time frame and their advertised 24/7 on call service doesn't actually exist. My AC was out on a Friday not too long ago and I was told I couldn't get service until the following Monday. 2.5 days in a sauna, yeah OK boys, I think I'll pass! Anyway, as they literally are unable to provide me with any of the services I've recently needed, I have to update my review and move forward with some other great companies I've found. Good luck if you use them.
