We make a point of patronizing places that are good with returns. The rain jacket that I bought…read morefrom the outside rack in the fall had a hole in the pocket, I discovered it after I left town. When I went back several weeks later (late November 2020?), I asked if I could just exchange it (unworn) for one that did not. The young woman at the counter had to ask the manager/supervisor, who took a look at it and said I could. As a result, my husband also bought a jacket and we'll definitely return to pick up something else when they restock. I see in the unrecommended reviews below that others had problems with returns, but maybe the store has learned from that or there are new staff. I would not say that the staff was particularly friendly, but neither were they rude nor unaccommodating with me.

Sea Quest Fashions has a large inventory of high quality swim and beach wear. I was there with my…read morelove to find her a couple of new swimsuits. The racks of swimsuits appeared to be organized by style and color. I had no idea were to start. Fortunately they have many "fashion consultants" across the age spectrum who are there to help YOU find what you want. They were never pushy. One lady asked if she could help, found what my wife was looking for, and started taking suits off the racks that might fit and look right. They disappeared into the dressing room. Frequently the sales lady would appear and then return with more swimsuits. Perhaps 20 minutes later my love came out modeling the first, and then the second of two suits that looked and fit her perfectly. They were not inexpensive, but reasonably priced for good quality and fashion. I was impressed.

However I was completely turned off this year by the staff that was hired. We literally walked in and employees literally hawk you and followed me around with my small child like I was criminal. It was such a turn off. Like I get it you gotta be careful for shop lifters however I'm trying to shop clearly have multiple bags from different stores on the boards and Main Street . Trying to look at a tshirt design for my kid and this guy employee stood next to me every step of the way. I even asked him to go away as he was making me super uncomfortable and he kept saying do you need anything I said no I'm trying to shop clearly. Could you please leave me alone. And he said sorry the owner said we need to follow. I walked around the corner to look at a sweatshirt on the wall . Bam a female employee stood next me and wouldn't leave. Then when I left the other female employee said did u buy something. I said I will never spend a dime here. All the other stores don't do this. Why do you harass your shoppers. She said again we are told to follow people. I said well clearly u are gonna lose customers you and your employees made me feel uncomfortable. So Spend your money elsewhere. It is ridiculous to harass someone who is shopping . If I could give a zero I would.
