Loved the street and tree views from third floor corner suite. Clean well equipped kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and two very comfortable queen beds perfect for our party of three. Strong WiFi and cable tv on both floors of our unit. Nice outdoor and indoor pool access. This hotel was exactly what we needed at a great price. You can definitely tell it's a small business, but the rooms were nice and clean. The person who checked us in was very kind and offered to help with our bags, and the other staff we encountered were friendly as well. Our building did not have an elevator, but we managed with the stairs. The bed was comfortable, although I did find the pillows to be a bit flat. Our suite had plenty of space including a small balcony overlooking the parking lot. I liked the blueberry patterned dishes in the kitchenette that added some Maine flair. The lobby had a few board games and books, as well as coffee and hot chocolate which was a nice touch. The location was great for walking into town, far enough that you get a nice stroll in but not too far at all. We would definitely look to stay here again! read more

We stayed here for two nights in November, and we were all so sad to leave this hotel. We stayed in town house room and it was more space than we imagined. The people at the front desk were beyond friendly and helpful, and gave a list of restaurants recommended and what was open since it was November. The pool was heated and our son loved it. The location is perfect for the proximity to the Marginal Way and downtown. We walked both as many times as we could while we were there in our short time. We've told everyone we know how amazing it was here and hope to visit this hotel again soon! read more

Friends of mine booked this place because of the great price and location. Their suites are spread out over a few different buildings. You park behind the main building and check in. Good sized parking lot with painted numbers, you get assigned a number at check in. Our suite was across the street and up a few flights of stairs, very close. Walking in your on the first level with a full bathroom and the bedroom. Up the stairs is an open floor plan with a kitchen, living room, a half bathroom and a walk out patio. Patio can be accessed by staircases too. There's a pull out couch for more people to sleep. The best part about this place is that your in walking distance to so many great things. Short walk downtown, Ogunquit Beach, Marginal way, Perkins cove, shops and restaurants! Even a short drive to breweries, bubble light house and many other things. Overall this place is great, super comfortable with a location you can't beat! read more

Price Discrepancy Internet VS Pink Blossoms Website. In 2021 my Husband called Pink Blossoms and asked to place a Reservation based on a advertised price on Booking.com PB Hotel Clerk insisted on a Higher Price that exceeded the advertised price. The PB Hotel Clerk was arguing with my Husband when he questioned the Total. Today, 05/26/2023 6:00AM I requested a Sea Rose Reservation; I used their website and entered my Elite MasterCard info Later at 8:30AM Sea Rose refused the Reservation. This was after they advertised availability and requested all my personal information. We had such great time on this property. We were a family of 4 adults and 2 small children. We got the 2 bedroom suite and even brought a pack n' play and were very comfortable. When traveling with children a kitchen is a must and this one had it all. Lois and Lilly at the front desk were so pleasant and very professional, always eager to assist. Upon arrival Lois gave us the insight on things to do. Walking to town and to the beach is a breeze. There's a Cumberland Farms (convenience store) nearby that is closer than the Village Market and opened later too. On the back of the main property, there's couple off gas grills and plenty of Adirondacks to sit and a table with chairs, indoor pool, laundry. The check-in property is a bit confusing since they have 3 different ones, check in is at "Harbor House" where you'll find a small driveway. Can't wait to come back. read more

This place was perfect! I called last minute for a room the receptionist Lily was super sweet and when we arrived the room was perfect for my family of 5, two bedrooms one with king one with 2 queens and living room sofa bed, had kitchen, indoor pool and great location to walk in either direction to see all Ogunquit has to offer for tourists! We were delighted with our stay. The women at the front desk were genuinely friendly and made us feel welcome, and they had lots of helpful suggestions for things to do in the area. The location was perfect for us -- a reasonably short walk to the beach, Marginal Way, and all the shops and restaurants. (If you don't like walking as much as we do, the trolleys stop nearby and it's easy to get around with them.) The two pool areas were very nice, and we especially enjoyed the heated indoor pool on our one rainy day. Our one-bedroom suite had plenty of room for a family of three and included a large bedroom with a desk, and a fully stocked kitchenette that allowed us to save money and prepare some meals in the room. There wasn't an oven, but it did have a microwave, a hot plate, and a full-sized fridge. Totally recommend! read more

Woohoo! As good as it gets is an understatement! I can't say enough good things about this place. Was just there June 22nd to 25th to celebrate my birthday and it was perfect. The location couldn't be better. Smack dab in the middle of Perkins Cove and Ogunquit Beach. Both within walking distance we saved a lot of money and aggravation not having to find parking. Our suite was spacious and well equipped for less than $150 a night. We had a kitchenette stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, a full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven. Everything we needed and more. They have several propane grills outside so you can really save on takeout and cook for yourself. My boyfriend is a chef and really appreciated that. We had a little patio which was wonderful to step out and get some sun without leaving the room. They also have an indoor and outdoor pool - both lovely. The staff was great, very accommodating and friendly. Maid service was impeccable. Everything was fresh and clean. We got extra towels within minutes of calling. She washed all our dishes and got every dried up rose petal out of the bedroom! Will be back ASAP! read more

My husband and I stayed in a two bedroom with our two teen boys and loved it. The beds were super comfy - white new sheets, fluffy comforters and extra pillows. All rooms were super clean. The shared living room/kitchen/dining area was huge and my older son quickly claimed it as his sleeping area and used the pull out sofa. The location, sandwiched between town/beach and Perkins Cove is ideal. We rarely moved our car during our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I were at Sea Rose Suites for 5 days and 6 nights. We loved our stay. We booked using Travelocity and received the room we requested, which doesn't always happen when using a third party to make reservations. The front desk employees are extremely friendly and easygoing. The hotel is not beachfront, but that doesn't take away from the experience. The Sea Rose was situated in an ideal location for what we were looking for when planning our vacation. It's very close to nice shops and restaurants (5-10 minutes up the road). The Marginal Way, a beautiful trail that overlooks the water, is only 5 minutes up the road, as well. Ogunquit is a charming little town with a lot of surprises both near and far. Portland, a major city in Maine known for excellent restaurants, is just 60 minutes north of the Sea Rose. Other neighboring towns offer unique culinary experiences, both seafood-inspired and otherwise. We even had a an excellent vegan/gluten-free dinner in Portsmouth, New Hampshire one night. To say we enjoyed our stay here is an understatement. The next time I plan to vacation in southern-central Maine, I will be making my reservation here. read more

We just stayed here this past weekend and had a great experience! We got a 2 bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 very young children, and the place was immaculate. The beds were comfy, and the kitchenette was fully equipped, even though we didn't need it in the short time we were there. The weather was awful, so we were thrilled to be able to use the indoor pool, though it was quite chilly in the water and we didn't last long. The only real issue was that the parking was across the street and behind the main building - which wouldn't be a problem if we didn't have 2 young kids, strollers, pack n plays, etc, to be hauling to and from the room. However, they were quite accommodating and let us park illegally to unload. Halfway between the center of town and Perkins Cove, the location is great! read more

Sea rose was a nice place to stay for the price. The location is good and it was very clean. We stayed in the two bedroom townhouse and it was spacious. The only negative is that the townhouse only had one full bath which is tough for four adults and one kid. The full bath is also off the kitchen and not by either bedroom so it's a pretty awkward location for the only full bathroom. Also, the wifi could be improved--it was a very bad connection. read more

We had a wonderful stay here for four nights in July with my husband and our 12 month old. The suite was a great size and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully stocked though we really only used the refrigerator. And the location was great and were able to walk to Perkins Cove daily. Downtown was a little further but still a great walk with plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. My only recommendations would be to have more umbrellas available around the pool. We loved the pool area however with only 4 umbrellas we could never stay too long. My other recommendation would be to start cleaning rooms earlier in the day. Our second day there we had been out all day and came back around 2pm, to find our room still hadn't been cleaned. Around 2:30 the housekeepers knocked but my son was napping so I asked if they could come back later, but they said no because they were leaving at 3. So I asked that the clean but not in the bedroom. They did, however, on their way out made sure to make a loud noise and then laughed when my son woke up. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend it to friends. read more
