1. Don't shop here because the clothes are cheap material and over priced for what you get. Trust me you can get better quality down the way. Just keep walking! 2 ( and most importantly) The woman they have working AS THE CASHIER is rude AF. She should definitely be fired because her customer service is A-palling . If this is how she treats half of the customers that walked by there good luck getting any business. The woman is terrible. I am SHOCKED at the level of customer service of this place! My son, who was NOT in the establishment waved at a dog inside the store. She yells to him VERY RUDELY "watch out for your ice cream" and so I looked at her and said "he's not inside the store" Her response " I don't care , I don't want it there" EXCUSE ME? Don't talk to me like that or my son and secondly you don't own the sidewalk you idiot. Some people! Seriously, the owners need to reconsider hiring someone else if they want more business. And if she is the owner (which I doubt) good luck staying in business. You have a lot to learn about running one. read more

As silly as it may be, Sea Level is my favorite little tourist store in Capitola. It's one of those stores that sells any Capitola branded tee shirt or sweatshirt you could ever want. They have the generic ones and they always have really cute ones too. A couple of their best things: 1) They have a great kids section 2) They always have a good sale rack 3) Their stuff is usually higher quality stuff, so you don't feel ripped off I love checking them out every few months, they always have a few cute new ladies styles whenever I go. And the staff are always super nice and helpful. We've met the owner a time or two and she's been in their with her cute pup. One of those stores that you feel good about patronizing. If casual is your jam, this is the place to go, even if you're only casual when in Capitola. What a wonderful little shop right near the ocean and lots of restaurants. Every kind of sweatshirt and soft comfortable shirt imaginable. Lots with a Capitola logo and others, and some without. Quality, and extremely well made with patterns and styles you don't usually see. Fabulous shop keeper that bends over backwards to assist you.
