I'm really disappointed with my experience here. On multiple occasions, the wrong service was done…read moreon my dog even though I clearly communicated what I wanted. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it became frustrating that it occurred more than once. I will say that when the correct service is done, the grooming itself is usually decent, it has just been difficult getting the correct service performed. Toward the end, they did acknowledge the situation, but it felt more focused on what I could have done differently rather than fully taking responsibility. I did want the bath and nail trim, but the most important service I requested was the shave. Unfortunately, the shave was not done. At checkout, I was initially told the total would be around $100 for the bath even though the main service I requested was not completed. I ultimately paid $66 for services that were not what I had asked for. When my dog was brought back to me, I was told he had been shaved to 5/8, which he clearly was not. After reviewing the groomer's notes, I was told he had received a contour and butt trim services I had declined at the beginning when they were offered. I had specifically asked for the same shave he received during his previous visit. I do acknowledge there may have been some miscommunication at the front desk, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, when it happens more than once, it becomes difficult to overlook. I also felt uncomfortable bringing my dog back to have it corrected because I worried I might be viewed as a difficult customer, and I never want to feel concerned about how that could affect how my dog is treated. Customer service and clear communication are extremely important when trusting someone with your pet. After reading some of the owner's responses to other Google reviews, the replies came across as unprofessional and poorly written. While I understand wanting to defend your business, the tone of those responses was disappointing. After giving several chances, I unfortunately don't feel comfortable bringing my dog back. I hope the facility works on improving customer service, as it is one of the most important aspects of running a business.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a vet…read more They diagnosed my dog with lupus by just looking at her. The vet walked into the room, took one look, didn't even touch her, and said she had lupus because her nose was dry/cracked. My dog broke all of her canine teeth trying to escape out of the kennel due to high anxiety. They told me they either needed to be pulled or have caps put on them. They pushed how well caps would be for her. The quotes they gave me for both procedures was outrageous and I couldn't afford it. Every time we would go in they would make me feel like a horrible owner and that my dog was suffering because her teeth were "hurting." My dog has very sensitive skin and allergies. Because of this she is on apoquel. They used to give me a prescription for a year. Then suddenly it changed to every 6 months, and I would need an appointment to get the refill. Keep in mind there is no testing done to see if/how the medication is working. There's no need for her to be seen more than once a year for a refill. I took my dog to a different vet and was shocked at what I was told. For YEARS I thought my dog had lupus because I trusted Wasatch hollow and their diagnosis. The new vet was dumbfounded as to why they would diagnose her with that without any testing. They said her nose is just dry and it's due to her sensitive skin. They also told me that her teeth are fine, and she isn't in any pain whatsoever. Finally, they gave me her prescription and said they'd see me in a year. Wasatch hollow is all about collecting the money. Having to put a deposit down just to make an appointment is ridiculous. Suddenly changing policies to require more appointments to get more money is shady. They also used to give me a discount because I'm a first responder, then one day that suddenly "wasn't a thing" in their office. I used to recommend their office but I never will again. They care more about money than anything else. Not to mention you'll be waiting at least an hour past your appointment time to see anyone, regardless how early you show up.
