Lots of forms to fill out and very specific menus for breakfast lunch and dinner (got to pick from a range of options) - down to the type of tea!!! Talk about over promising and under delivering. The only saving grace for this trip was the amazing beaches of BVI and the great and friendly group of people we shared the catamaran with. The attitude of the Captain was horrible - had promised Diving off the boat but kept making excuses and would not commit to taking us or staying moored long enough for us to be able to pay a dive company to take us! The food was never what was ordered - I do not eat meat or chicken and had picked fresh fish options for most meals (7 day trip) ended up having fresh fish one day - maybe two? Just bad horrible excuse for someone in the hospitality business - no communication skills and really just a salesman that has no idea what customer service is ... I do not typically write reviews but felt I should just share with others so if you are planning on buying one Yacht Solutions expensive vacations - you can at least be warned :)

My husband, a friend and I, chartered Fish On Charter for a half day of fishing this month. What a…read morewonderful experience! We joined Captain Dave at the dock at 5:45 a.m. on August 12. The Captain and his mate were totally prepared for any eventuality that might occur. They were professional, courteous and all that could have been expected and more. It all began with a fresh cup of coffee and donuts. The boat provided the usual requirements plus all the fishing tackle, so we did not have to bring anything. The Captain was able to use his depth or sonar finder to locate many of the fish and with the help of his mate, assist us in finding our catch. All in all we caught 10 fish approximately 150 lbs of fish. One trout and nine salmon. Our six hours with Day ON Charter was our most memorable experience this Summer. We plan on doing this again next year when we look forward to taking one or two other couples with us. Our sincerest thanks to Captain Dave and his mate for a once in a lifetime experience. Behind the building on the grassy area there's a few picnic tables and a charcoal bbq grill. Dotted along the boardwalk are pairs of Muskoka chairs. The marina was filled with small boats and yachts behind a locked gate.

There are plenty of fun playhouses and an apparatus for kids to play and have fun. Adults can spent time strolling around and enjoying the greenery. There are benches and places to sit if you want to people-watch. It housed a ton of ribfest vendors. I can see why many events end up being held here. It's a perfect place to have fun and relax. Parking can be a bit of a problem if there is an event. I had first thought about parking at the Port Credit Library lot, but it was full. Side street parking was crazy. I ended up landing a spot at the Port Credit GO and walking over to the park. I'd love to come back to this park, unwind, and see what it's like without the ribfest activities happening. I suspect that I should have an easier time finding parking. (273)
