Scheduled a pickup from the airport (night of my wedding) to a hotel 10 miles away. The driver was 45+ mins late so my wife and I are sitting outside the airport now midnight (in tux and wedding dress) just waiting on a bench (had the most perfect wedding up until this point) and SDC had the audacity to charge me 2hrs labor for a total 30 min job!?! Your man was late and I'm penalized for it?! This is some Joe Biden a** backwards logic. As I reached out to this company and decided to move forward with their services based on the reviews for my daughters prom which was a special occasion and one that we were all looking forward too. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience! I should have cancelled and went with my gut instinct after being promised an email confirmation of my reservations multiple times by the owner Marcus to not ever receiving one until the day of in which I had to call to request literally 3 hrs before the pick up time. Then the driver was 30 mins late which was disappointing being the group had plans to make a stop for food before prom and this would make them late getting there due to driver being late and the distance to prom location, however the driver more than made up for his tardiness. He made the entire experience better. he even offered to buy our group of students their food for being late which was simply just an oversight that we were very understanding of. But the horrible experience came from the company itself not the driver and I do want to make that clear as the driver was very helpful in even trying to assist me with our issues. And I later learned he was a contractor. Here's the biggest problem, the next day I notice additional charges to my card over the price in which I was quoted by over $150.00. Then there was a second charge that showed up which was not authorized in over $700 then a 3rd charge in over $700 and then a 4th charge for the actual true amount. All of this after speaking to Aida who promised a resolution/refund and a returned call back before the 3rd charge was even showing. And I never received either a refund nor a call. The next day after being promised a call I never received I contacted Marcus, in which he was very rude and unprofessional when I reached out to inquire about the unexplained and unauthorized charges. Prior to this we had pleasant conversations and I was looking forward to providing this service for my daughter and friends we even discussed using them again next year before all of these issues. That will obviously never happen. There is still at this very moment almost $3k in unauthorized charges pending on my cc Acct from them and the bank is suggesting to deactivate the card which is such an unnecessary inconvenience to me for simply unethical charges from this company. Marcus was very nasty on the phone when I simply called to asked about the extra charges and to request an immediate refund. I do NOT recommend this company. Also, according to the GA sec of state the company status is canceled. Wish I had researched this before using them. Maybe this can help someone else avoid similar problems. I hate to have leave these type of reviews for businesses but this was just very unethical and I was given no sympathy or no apology for all these unnecessary charges. Unprofessional company!!!! Called for one-way car service from son's prom. Got quoted a $200 price then was asked if I needed transport to the location as well. I agreed based on a good price and guaranteed pick up times. Booked the round-trip then got called back from manager trying to force a 5 hour chartered trip. This was my first and last time doing business with SDC Executive Transportation. I booked a one way trip from a funeral to the airport and the driver never showed up (even though I had the emailed confirmation of a 1:15pm pickup.) I fully understand Atlanta traffic and that scheduling conflicts happen, I get it; the more disappointing part was the OWNER never apologized and made excuse after excuse about what happened. At one point he even came dangerously close to suggesting it was my fault. Then he proceeded to get indignant when I told him I was not going to take any more of my time to write an emailed statement to ensure his business practices were improved for future clients. In what world is that the customer's responsibility? MY STATEMENT -Booked a ride on the company website to the airport for a 1:15pm pickup and in return I pay the $145.00 fee. -At 1:38pm the car still had not arrived. -I called SDC Executive Transportation and was put on hold for 8 min. When the answering service came to the line she transferred me to a driver who told me he just received the job and would be there in 20-30 minutes. (At this point it was almost 2pm and the flight was at 3:00pm.) -I called SDC Executive Transportation back and asked to speak to a manager and she told me the owner would call me back. -The owner calls me back and much to my dismay I was more upset after speaking to him than I was that a driver never showed up. read more

Our organization used this company in May to have a sprinter van take a group to a local restaurant. The driver was nice, but my admin team stated that the owner was rude. Despite what my admin team said about the rude owner, we booked with them again in June. Boy do I wish we had NOT! We were told that we would have the same type of experience, "but better and bigger" for this weekend. It was not what we wanted at all. In fact, the mini-bus we received is not even pictured on their website images of their fleet. When we called to express concern we were immediately hit with "we don't rent what you want" "this is why we only do corporate business"..etc etc. The owner was hesitant to give his name and admit that he was the owner and did not provide good customer service. I DO NOT ever recommend this company. I have two businesses of my own and my husband has a business, we would never treat people with such disrespect. Do not use them. You will be sorry. read more

I would give this company a 'no star' rating if the system would allow it. I highly recommend you do not use SDC Executive Car & Limo Service. I had a confirmed reservation made on a Friday by noon for a 7:30am pick up on Monday morning. I had a confirmed email reservation and everything seemed set for pre-paid car service. To my dismay, this morning at 7:30a - no car showed up to take me to a meeting across town in Atlanta. At first they couldn't find my reservation and then were dismayed to tell me that no car had been arranged or dispatched to get me 'due to the holiday'. They had 72 hours to make arrangements on my behalf or tell me otherwise! Do not use this car service if you actually need to get where you are going with any measure of reliability. read more

We came back again for the same event this year and received the same outstanding service and communication. Although we did not have Marcus as our driver this time, we were lucky to have Keith! He was always on time, when we wanted to leave early - he came early, and always with a smile. Very friendly and talkative staff here. They make a long drive fun. Marcus helped me set up the whole reservation - 6 transfers - and was very clear about the pricing and process.
