To complete the job which was just labor and he totally removed all the ice from my freezer, adjusted the gaskets which were leaking air causing it to FREEZE OVER! Then he cleaned up his work area before he was finished, on time & on budget! Not only do I highly recommend his work but he is a kind, prompt and very reasonable professional but I got 3 MAGNETS to keep his number accessible to me for my rentals and laundry as well! I didn't know what to expect getting it cleaned. I have to admit that in the past, I have inquired with upholstery businesses about other sofas, but never followed through with cleaning because I thought it would be too pricey or not worth it. Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. I could not believe how much better it smelled and looked. You can tell that this company respects their customers and truly wants to provide the best service possible. Here is a photo of my sofa. Unfortunately I do not have before and after photos. Do not hesitate to work with Shane and Accountable, you will not regret it.

The initial setup fee was pricier than the bigger companies, but I did ask them if they could match or beat it. They didn't do either, but they did lower it a bit, which I appreciated. Carlos is the technician who comes out to our place, and I am so thankful he is bilingual so he can communicate with my parents. He is always very helpful and explains everything he is doing, and what we can do in case other pests come up (since we initially reached out just for ants). We have now been with The Pest Experts for about a year, and I can't recommend them enough!

The awning looks fantastic and feels extremely solid, adding both curb appeal and functional rain deflection protection. If you need a reliable, skilled handyman--especially for exterior work--A-Group Handyman is an excellent choice.
