Staff was friendly, knew their stuff, and actually took their time with it instead of rushing. The screens in my car are kind of awkward, so I didn't want to mess it up myself, but they made it look PERFECT! No bubbles, no missed spots, just clean. For a small fee, totally worth it. I'll be back for the PPF and ceramic, but figured I'd drop a review now since they already earned it. We chose them because of their great reviews, competitive pricing, and their positive attitude when we first called them. They educated us on everything we needed to know related to tint, wrap, and ceramic coating and gave us some options that weren't even on our radar. No high pressure sales tactics, just knowledge presented in a confident manner letting us make the choices on what we wanted. We went with a vinyl wrap, tinted the windshield and front windows, then topped it off with a 3 year ceramic coating. These folks are expert wrap installers and clearly take pride in their work. They turned our truck back over to us looking like brand new. Cleaner than when we picked it up from Tesla a week ago, and they got it done quickly!! If you need detailing, a vehicle wrap, tint, ceramic coating or wheel restoration, this is the spot!!

Enter Dr. Detail, and wow, what a difference. Booking was super easy, and they showed up exactly on time, literally 7:30 AM on the dot, just like they said. I even got updates so I knew exactly when to expect them. Even though I originally just needed the stucco removed, they went above and beyond and gave my whole car the full treatment, inside, outside, even under the hood. My engine was so clean you could eat off of it (not that I recommend it, but you could). My car's parked outside 24/7 and has some wear from sun and weather, but somehow Dr. Detail still managed to make it shine like new. I was seriously impressed. He was also super friendly, figured out a smart way to park on the street since we don't have a driveway, and was really considerate with the neighbors, he even made sure not to block trash cans. That level of care and attention really stood out. Overall, just a great experience, efficient, thoughtful, and really high quality work. Highly recommend!

I don't think her rims have ever looked so good. The interior is spotless. I do a lot of hiking and kayaking, so you can imagine the amount of sand/dirt that was in the carpets. David got it all! And this was only their standard detailing. The cherry on top is that I didn't have to go anywhere, he came to me. He even spent 10 extra minutes making sure he got everything, instead of stopping at his proposed end time. It speaks to his excellent customer service. I look forward to seeing what he can do for my husbands car. He has tan interiors and the center console is bad, so we will be scheduling with David for a deeper clean. P.S. Where things started to slip was on the pickup side. I was told the car was ready, but still ended up waiting about 30-40 minutes before actually getting it. At checkout, I was also surprised to see a tip screen with suggested amounts that felt pretty high given the service. I ended up leaving a small tip, but the experience itself didn't really match that level of expectation. I also would have appreciated a quick walkthrough of the work that was done--especially at that price point--but it was more of a quick handoff of the keys. I came back for the 10-day follow-up and made a point to ask about timing ahead of time. I was told it would take about an hour. I arrived early, but after an hour the car hadn't been touched yet, and there wasn't any update unless I asked. That part was frustrating. So, they ended up rushing my 10-day follow-up inspection. Gave the car a quick rinse and handed me the keys. What was the point of driving down from Carlsbad??? Over 3 hours wasted. For comparison, I had a great experience at their Kearny Mesa location previously, so I know what they're capable of. This location is stretched thin, which seemed to impact communication and overall service. I was not the only customer in the lobby feeling this way. Given the type of clientele they're working with and the pricing, I was expecting a bit more consistency and attention to detail. Their follow-up consisted of more sales pitches of coupons for services I already had done. Would have been nice to have the discounts PRIOR to the work! I planned on using the wash program and mentioned to Jasmine my poor service experience. Think there was follow-up? Nada. So, thumbs "kind of" up for Ceramic Pro but thumbs down for this location. Overall, I think the company itself does good work, and have used the Kearny Mesa location in the past several times with excellent success!! I would not choose this location again.
