I was quoted 400 out the door on the phone and then after the service was completed, they told me that they can't take Venmo, card or electronic payment and they had to follow me to the bank( which was very weird as they didn't tell me that I needed to pay in cash which I don't carry so I had to jump through loopholes) and then after the service was conpleted, another 200$ was thrown onto the price on top of the 400 or so dollars I was quoted on the phone. Service was amazing they only reason it's not 5 is because the time it took him to come out and then he did give me a great quote for my work truck but when I paid he charged me a service fee after I confirmed with him out the door $479.00 and then when I looked at the receipt it's 3% more I know it's only 15$ but in my Buisness I don't put that on my customers...I tell them up front when I run a card I get charged a fee not them and if he would have told me this before hand I would have went and got the cash prior to the work.... I requested a window regulator repair for my car and it had been out for so long. so to finally get it fixed, I went to these guys. first it was sketchy. their motto is "we come to you" but I had to drive to them because they were busy which was understandable. Frank was very nice and helpful but their service overall was terrible. Had to "help" them not forget some things on my passenger side. Nonetheless my window was fixed for a little bit then the regulator broke again. Asked to get back with them but took too long. went to Safelite instead and they did it fast and easy for about the same price as these guys and has yet to mess up. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is a joke. I made an appointment with Frank between 10am & noon. No one ever showed up or called. I called him around 1pm for an ETA, he said he was in Oceanside and gave me another ETA of an hour. An hour and a half passed by, I called him, & he said another 35 minutes. He finally arrived after 3pm but it wasn't Frank. Some other guy arrived because Frank was still busy. Once the windshield repair was started, they were very unprofessional. They cut the wire to my dash cam and said, "Oops, I hope that wasn't important. It doesn't look expensive", then laughed as if damaging my things was funny and no big deal. Once the repair was completed, Frank demanded the money without giving a receipt. Apparently, they don't carry them. So, I never write reviews but had to for this business as this guy Frank is dishonest and I should of never used them to replace my window regulator especially for the cost of $300. First lie was that they would show up the next day between 10-12 no show no call I had to call him and then he said they would be there the next day early again but arrived around 2. All red flags and not to mention Frank kept saying that he was honest and trustworthy. So they replaced the regulator and when I picked up my car the window was rolled up, my mechanic said they tested it and worked fine but as soon as I rolled down the window the problems began as it only went down 3/4 of the way and when I rolled it back up the window made a snapping noise and the window rattles when I close the door all signs of poor installion, so I called Frank and said to reset it and said it will eventually go all the way down but never did, I asked him if they can come look at it and repair the issues all he said is that he would call me to set a time to bring to him and never did I kept texting him and would never answer to the point that he blocked me. His excuse was the part they used was an aftermarket part, but the problem is the poor installation these guys are dishonest and don't honor their work so beware as there are plenty of window install company here in the area that back up there work not just blow you off as soon as there is a problem. read more

I had my window busted out and things stolen over the weekend, which doesn't help being right before rents due :p However, as frustrated as I was, Frank made my day.
