From the minute I walked in the door every person has been VERY helpful. Greeting me when I come in. Offering to help me to the car with samples. Going through in-house and online inventory to find the right products and colors. Not only that, but each person is friendly and responsive both over the phone and through emails. Product Quality - They carry top notch products and their selection is great. They have a lot of inventory in the show room but they also have access to so much more online and can order samples in for you, no problem. Please note, their website is not an accurate representation of the volume of product they have, or have access too. They even have access to competitor products that may not be on display in the show room. Pricing - They offer very fair and competitive prices. There were several items that were over my budget so they worked to stay within my budget. For items that were too expensive they found alternatives and even considered competitors prices. I did find cheaper options online, and they kindly educated me about what you get for those prices (typically a lower end product with more imperfections). This really helped in my decision making process. I shopped at several show rooms in the Sacramento area and chose to order ALL of my tile/stone/flooring products through Palm. Installers: We had a team of five men and they were professional and enjoyable. Very friendly, very respectful and cleaned up each of the two days they were here. They were a pleasure to have. Customer satisfaction: There were a couple of difficult areas due to the home's structure. In both cases, they were completely focused on a solution we would be satisfied with. Value: We obtained three different estimates for this 2400 square-foot job and SAWS was nearly exactly in the middle. We felt the value was excellent. Initially there was a bit of a challenge with communication, however that ended up being completely inconsequential. They told us if we did not pay an additional $500 we had to pick them up ourselves after three months of calling them every day our cabinets were installed. Anything but the most biggest cabinets were installed incorrectly. Luckily, my husband is very handy and reinstalled them correctly. They also refused to take any of the cardboard when they were done. It took three more weeks to get the hardware which I had to install myself. Still took an additional three weeks to receive the trim wood also after the initial delivery, we had to pick up everything ourselves. Avoid at all costs.

He then fabricated a precision alignment of the quartz veins, so they flowed seamlessly at the corners - mimicking a high-end, single slab that could cover the existing built-in, tiled seat. WOW. Hey Vadim, can you also make our existing vanity marble sink look good again after years of no maintenance? He advised it would be more cost-effective to install a new Kohler porcelain sink. We found a semi-recessed vessel that would require cutting out the old existing off-the-rack boring quartz top. Again, we managed to get on Vadim's in-demand schedule for the rescue. Fortunately, his office assistant Karin found options within the existing inventory to help us keep costs down for this small project. And again, Vadim was able to engineer a custom top that simulates a 2.5-inch quartz slab with Kohler electronically specified cutouts. WOW. FYI, Vadim's a perfectionist, relying on computer generated measurements and a massive automated industrial cutting system that is beyond comprehension. FYI, we could not even lift the old marble vessel, but installation assistant Aiden carried it out like a bag of chips and the work site was left too clean. Maybe we should have Vadim replace our kitchen granite countertops that were poorly installed years ago by another contractor.

He…read moreinstalled two different types of floors for us--engineered wood for the living room, family room, dining area, and hallway, and a resilient, composite flooring for the kitchen, eating nook, and laundry room. Jeff and his employee worked so hard even delivering the product to us for our the first scheduled appointment though it was late in the evening following their very long day's work at a different job. They hauled in boxes and boxes of heavy lumber non-stop with not one word of complaint, smiles on their faces, and they were very personable, willing to take time to answer all of our questions despite being exhausted. Jeff and Logan continued to impress us with their hard work ethic, always taking time to discuss the progress and the plan for that day. If ever they were unavoidably delayed in showing up at the established time, we are flexible, and they more than made up for it by working as long as it took till each day's goals were fully achieved. They did a perfect job--not only with laying the flooring, but painting the baseboards, and carefully installing the transitions. They were conscientious about not letting our cat escape out of a room and diligent about cleaning up each day which was much appreciated. We are extremely pleased and now have asked Jeff to bid on another job for us installing kitchen granite countertops and a new sink. We will be calling Jeff to install carpeting in our bedrooms when the time comes and will recommend Jeff to any of our friends in need of flooring or carpeting.
