Got a pretty good haircut from Jenna. The only drawback was that she washed my hair BEFORE she was done, rather than doing so after the entire haircut. Maybe she just forgot? [4/5 rating] UPDATE 7/2/13: After what I thought was a good haircut about three months ago, I decided to come back and get another cut from Jenna. I was rather disappointed with the cut this time; after getting back home and a more detailed inspection, I noticed large tufts of hair protruding at different spots. The way she cut my hair was also odd, since she used only an upwards stroke with a buzzer on my hair whorl. This was for a total of $35, which was $10 more than the one I had last time. I'm pretty sure I can get a cut of the same quality, if not better, at Great Clips. Please note that the rating I gave was for the haircut I received this time, and not for the studio as a whole. read more

Lana is FABULOUS for facials. She always customizes the facial to what my skin needs at the time. She makes me feel pampered when I get a facial, and incorporated a little face, shoulder and neck massage into the experience, in addition to moisturizing my hands and inserting them into warm booties. She also does a great eyebrow wax, always paying attention to what I want, which is a natural look. I come away from these facials with glowing skin, and feeling refreshed and relaxed. I also like how she doesn't push products on me, but does offer honest recommendations and alternatives. Jenna is great for hair. My 16 year-old son gets his regular hair cut with her. The owner, Don, was very welcoming. The establishment was very modern, trendy, and presented well to the clientele. The stylist (Dee) was incredibly meticulous with my hair, exercising precision with each cut. She also gave me some welcome pointers on how to groom my hair and keep the hair above my neckline even. Sculpure Hair is an excellent hair salon. Very comfortable atmosphere, not stuffy. Had been going 2 hours away to hairdresser till he retired. Then found Ana at Sculpure Hair; feel very lucky as she is exceptional. Excellent colorist, short hair cut designer and always offer exceptional customer service. I had a great experience with Linda. Try her if you are thinking about going to this salon. She colored my hair and i am impressed- i am not an easy person when it comes to hair. She knows what she is doing and is very professional. I went from dark brown hair to blonde/silver and my hair is not damaged at all. In fact it looks better then before. I go to Sculpture for my hair, nails, and waxing needs. Every time Don cuts or colors my hair, I get complimented for MONTHS. Not only does the original cut look amazing, but the way it grows out is flattering too. I cut my hair 3 times a year, so this is important to me. I also only use semi-perm color, and Don did a stunning red that lasted for a long time. Faina does the best pedicures I have ever had, and she fixes my ingrown toenails so they no longer hurt. Lana's waxing technique cannot be matched, and I appreciate how thorough she is. read more

I needed to go to a double funeral the next day for family members, and was going to see a lot of people that I hadn't seen in a very long time (I know my hair should have been the last thing on my mind, but i was beside myself). I had home-colored my hair 6 months previously and it had grown out badly. I desperately needed a pick-me-up. I called Sculpture, and explained my situation. The owner was extremely kind to me, and fit me in immediately. They gave me the best color and cut I have had in ages while treating me with compassion. I do not usually use this hair salon but my regular hair stylist that cuts and colors my hair was unavailable and I was in dire need for a trim; so I made an appointment at Sculpture figuring its a trim, how hard can that be? Well I guess it was hard because the woman who did my hair cut 6 more inches than I asked for off my hair. After she butchered it it was completely uneven. When I went back to the place I usually go to get my hair cut the guy that does my hair asked me if I cut it myself. When I told him I got it done from a "professional" he was completely appalled telling me that "No one should ever cut hair like this!" He had to take another 1.5 inches off just to get my hair even again! I WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more
