I never have to direct Anna in regards to color or cut/style as she just does Her thing and it turns out perfect. I love that I can go In, sit and she does her thing. The color she uses also keeps my grey hair covered far longer than other color brands I've had used on me over the years. She says she's running behind, and I look at my phone. I got no calls OR texts, and my booking account is very current. I ask for the wait time. She says 30 minutes. She made me wait 70. After my haircut I got bombarded with calls and texts. (I needed to give her a selfie, is the necklace in the shop mine, etc..) When I finish with a haircut that's what I'm there for - only a haircut. That's it. I blocked her # and now I've had other women from the shop show up on my FB account. I'm not coming back to Allure, I got gaslit by someone I don't even know.
