I was looking at the reviews here because I was hoping to get this Groupon for my wife and I see that there is a lot of very unsatisfied customers that bought Sarah's Groupon and she did not keep her end of the bargain. It is just amazing to me that she is still in business with the poor customer service she offers to those that would entrust her to tattoo on their eyebrows. As others have also mentioned here, it's true...she does not show up after she books an appt for you. Happened to me last Friday - she never showed, even after texting me she was late and "on her way". I made the mistake of believing her and wasted an hour waiting for her to show up to do my eyebrows. She never showed up or apologized and would not return my call to find out what's going on? Very unprofessional and irresponsible, don't book with her and waste your time. read more

I went to see Sarah to have my eyebrows microbladed and I had a wonderful experience! I was a little nervous because I read so many stories of microblading gone wrong but Sarah totally put my mind to ease. The facility is very clean and spacious and they make you feel very comfortable, I told them I was a little cold and they brought me a blanket. Sarah went over the whole procedure beforehand and was very thorough. Sarah's sister was also there and she helped and their teamwork flowed so nicely. They conduct themselves in a professional but fun manner. I love their sense of humor! They made sure I was happy with the style/shape/arch and color before they started. I had horrible eyebrows before and I was so happy with the results! Sarah made sure I had all the after care instructions and supplies...cream ECT.. And the best thing above all is that she even followed up with me to make sure my healing process went well! That puts a personal touch to her wonderful work! I purchased a microblading session from Groupon. On 11/14, I requested an appt before my December cruise. on 11/15 it was scheduled for 12/3 at 9 am. At 8:53 am (in transit), I was notified there was no numbing agent available and the appt would have to be reschedule. I rescheduled for 12/4 at 10 am. Upon arrival I was told it shouldn't be done prior to my cruise because I shouldn't get them wet. (Remember I already told them about the cruise.) It was reschedule to 12/22 at 10 am. I was notified that Sarah was not able to meet the appt because of pinkeye. It was rescheduled for today at 10 am. When I contacted them to confirm my appt I was told it was Jan 22nd and she was not available today. Death in family and at a tournament. I am sorry about the death but she could go to a tournament? What a nightmare! I contacted Groupon for a refund as it expires tomorrow. Thankfully Groupon knows customer service. Andre (Sarah's assistant) and Sarah certainly do not! read more

Sarah is wonderful. I watched her work on Facebook first before purchasing a groupon. I bought the groupon and had my brows and touch up done last year at her old location. I loved them! She was great, professional and very personable. I went to new location yesterday for a touch up. So nice. I live in North Scottsdale but it is so worth the drive. Sarah is a one woman show, scheduling her clients and performing the work. I messaged her and received a response ASAP with an appointment within the week. She is great! Please remember the vendor gets half of the groupon price for their work. It's a great marketing tool, but I tipped on the full price. I won't be cheap on something permanent. Sarah did not ask me to post on yelp, but when I was there yesterday and she told me the woman before me was going to leave a bad review, I felt I should throw praise. The woman was over 20 minutes past her appointment time, one she was to be at early to fill out new paperwork, to which Sarah had to reschedule as to not mess with my appointment. Sarah is extremely rude and terrible at microblading eyebrows. I went to her to have my brows microbladed and she 1. didn't numb me up properly (I felt every cut) and 2. she made way too skinny. I have thicker eyebrows but the hair is very light blonde so unless I dye them, you can't see them. I asked her to follow my natural eyebrow hair shape and she didn't at all, she made them far too skinny and the tail way too short. I then went back for a 2nd appointment to, hopefully, correct these issues. They weren't corrected (it is hard to tell before you leave her salon what they will actually look like due to them being sore and swollen from the cuts) so I made a 3rd appointment. She never showed for the 3rd appointment and was very rude when she texted me to "apologize" (if you can even call it that). She stated that "she couldn't help it that her kid was throwing up" (no, but you can let a client know so I don't waste my time driving for 45 minutes to get to the appointment), and she said, "you are picky anyway" all because I was not happy with the shape that she couldn't get right in the other 2 sessions (eyebrow shape is SO IMPORTANT, you will see them everyday in the mirror and everyone else will see them whenever they look at you - it is extremely important that they turn out the way you want them to). She was SO RUDE and very unprofessional in general and in terms of microblading skill. Save yourself the grief and trouble! Go to a professional! I have since had my eyebrows re-microbladed by a TRUE professional (she was thankfully able to microblade over the crappy job Sarah did specifically because Sarahs job was done so terribly!). I went to Erin Golightly - she is AMAZING! She numbed me up properly so I didn't feel anything AND she created exactly what I asked for the 1st TIME! I 1st purchased my groupon with Sarah early November of last year. It took her 2 months to actually schedule an appointment. When I 1st contacted her she said I will get back to you tomorrow. That never happened and it was in November. Finally I was able to get an appointment late January of this year. She did the brows and I was happy with their results. That day she scheduled the follow up for the retouch. A day or 2 before my appointment she text me and says that she did not receive shipment. So she did not have any of the product to do my brows. It's hard to believe that a business will not have what she needs to provide her service. We text back and forth until we came up with a date and time because of my schedule and her schedule colliding. She made an appointment for after hours, I appreciated that. I went to my appointment and she never showed up, I text, called and I waited 20 minutes and she never even apologized. I text her for the following 2 days she ignored me completely. I ended up going to her salon and she became verbally aggressive and rude. She was irritated as she stated because she had a client. But I was her client as well and she did not hold her end of the bargain. She told me to take it up with the groupon. I contacted groupon and was able to get a partial refund. I never got my retouch so now I have to look for somebody else and pay again because Sarah was not able to provide the service that she offered in groupon. She did do a good job on my brows. But she is lacking in customer service and she has no word. I have nm o respect for these type of people. I would strongly recommend that you do not buy this groupon unless you want to have issues with scheduling and who knows if the job will be finished. I just think that she takes it as losing money for the offer that she entered in groupon. read more

Do not use the Groupon for this service. On her website the microblading process usually takes one and a half hours. My appointment was only 50 minutes. They looked great leaving the salon. I followed all of the instructions and waited a full week to wash them. On day four I noticed they were fading and there wasn't much scabbing when I expected more. I texted her and sent her pictures and she said she would touch them up for more money. I asked to have her call me to discuss because I think something was wrong with the ink or the blade because I didn't look like I had microblading done at all. She refused to see me or call me unless I agreed to pay more money. Why would I pay more upfront for a service that didn't work the first time. Perhaps if she would have fixed them first and it worked I would have paid for the touchup. I understand that using Groupon doesn't pay the business much but I would think that her reputation would be important enough to try and make it right. In looking at Yelp reviews instead of Groupon reviews I should never have bought it. I have requested a refund so that I can pay someone else to do it right! read more
