So I really like this place to buy my scrubs. Stockton does not have any stores to buy good medical gear. The issue is that they don't take business hours seriously. I went there one day and they were closed because the AC was down and that's understandable on a hot day. I went back a couple days later and there was no one there to open the store. It was 12 o'clock in the afternoon on Saturday and people were waiting. Someone who was there to work on their windows had called the owner to find out where the person was who was supposed to open. She called her but no answer. Instead of sending someone else or coming down herself, she said to wait and call before coming to make sure it's open. If you're serious about your business and customers, you would do more. I find that very unprofessional as a business owner. read more

Well. I went into Scrubs to purchase a gift of scrubs fir my son. Met a lovely lady who told me what I needed would be here tomorrow. In time for the party. However when I got into the store I asked for the items only to be told BY THE OWNER, sorry I forgot it in Antioch Sorry. I told her thank you for ruining my gift and the. When I asked for the owners name she said "I'm the owner and your no longer allows in here" I was not rude but did tell her thank you for ruining my gift. WHO RUNS A BUSINESS LUKE THIS. Not a lot of selection, but I'm happy that they carry scrub joggers. Other places I've shopped at doesn't have them so I will have to order online from FIGS or JANUU, but now I don't need to anymore since I can come here whenever I am in need of new pairs of scrubs. They do offer discounts if you are a student (must have student ID) or if you are an employee for Sutter(Badge for proof) and which I'm both, you can use either or for your discount purchase. read more

Before making a purchase I asked about return policy? Within 14 days with receipt with unworn, tags attached in original condition the clerk responded. Ok no problem, I was making a large purchase. On the fifth day after purchase tried see if they would do a price adjustment cheaper online? Clerk said no, to return had to come back amount to large. On the sixth day the computer was down all day. On the seventh day the clerk said we can not take it back because I special ordered short size and it was a big order. On and on back and forth we spoke. She told me to come back Tuesday the owner would be in my response was why do I have to keep coming back. I left called my bank to Despute and to reverse the charge. They had not giving me the bulk of my order prepaid. On the 9th day I had a voice mail to come in with my few items (a quarter to be exact) and my receipt to get my return done. I walked in on 10th day to return the clerk said this is the return over $400 to her peer. The lady was sweet as pie but not nice when I went to return she had an attitude and lied saying she was there when I made the purchase. No you were not she was waiting for you to come in. Not a bad place to pick up Scrubs, what they don't have they will pick up from their Antioch store. Nice salesperson that is willing to make the customer happy. The shipping from their east bay store was quick. Do not be fooled with their website that uses identical software with Wilson's. This is a different company. There are two web addresses so you may or may not find what you want on the Wilson's style site you might try the above web address. Their inventory is a little on the low side but their quick order response makes up for the sparse selection. Pricing is similar to mail order but you don't have to pay shipping. You can order through the store with no shipping charges as compared to mail order. read more

Purchased a pair of Carhartt scrub pants only to have the drawstring come apart after one wash...took them back to the store in hopes of having them exchanged, the young lady took my contact and informed me the owner has to approve the exchange...fast forward a week and not a word, I called only to be fed the same bullshit, the owner has yet to come in SERIOUSLY!Whoever the owner is I do hope you read this at some point, you`ve definitely lost a customer! So today 9/15/19 @ 1:45ish. I walked in to get some new scrubs and there were two ladies at the front counter who didn't acknowledge me at all. Didn't look at me not one didn't say hello, didn't ask if there was something they can help me with! In fact they were just rude period. And another customer walks in they greeted her help her asked her if there was something that they can help her with. She was looking to purchase a lab coat which the worker said they didn't have what the customer was looking for. The owner needs to put retailers in her shop if she wants to make a sale. I shop there and the prior retailers where much more nicer and helpful. I don't think I will ever do business there again. If I can put a ZERO STAR that's what they would get. DONT SHOP HERE. I bought some scrub bottoms back in September when I was pregnant, never wore them never removed the tags. I called the store to see if I could exchange them for the same scrubs just a different size. I was told the manager isn't here but you are more than welcome to drop the bottoms off we will hold them to let the manager take a look at them, she can approve or deny them and give you a call back. Rilah I'm guessing is the manager calls me back and informs me she cant except them because they were purchased in September uhhh duhhhh I told the employee that on the phone before even dropping them off. The scrubs were folded in the bag with tags still on them, they are only the Cherokee brand which they constantly have a supply of. You can look up exacltly when I purchased them in your system but you cant allow me to exchange them, doesnt make sense. I'll drive to modesto the next time I want scrubs. I purchased a total of 10 items from Scrubs Etc 1 month ago.  A few items were special ordered because she did not have them in stock.  I picked up a few items from my special order but was still waiting on 2 items.  When I picked up my partial order, the girl that worked there told me that they would call me once my other items were in the store.  I've waited and waited for 1 month and I figured I'd call and check on the status of my order.  When I called, the girl said my top was backordered.  I asked her what about my other scrub top because I was still waiting on that one.  She says that she didn't see another top ordered and I was waiting on just 1 item from their store.  She was confused, so she puts the owner on the phone since she is the one that places all the orders.  I explain the situation to her and tell her that I am waiting on my 2 tops that are already paid for.  She says well I don't have them!  Why don't you check your car, your laundry, your house.  I don't know what you did with the missing item.  I say ummm I never received it so obviously I wouldn't have it.  She continues to go on and on and says for me to look through my clothes at home because I probably have it there.  I continue trying to explain to this incompetent women that I am not going to find an item I never received.  She says ok then what do you want me to do?  I say well you are the owner, you are the one who places the orders, so you tell me how you are going to fix it.  I said I have my receipt to show you my order!  So she sarcastically says oh so basically you want free clothes.  I responded with, no I only want the items I purchased and that I do not expect anything free from anyone.  I only want what I paid for.  She tells me in a very rude and sarcastic tone, ok well I'll give you a free scrub top, and while I'm at it I'll even give you some free scrub pants.  I tell her again, no ma'am I do not want anything free, I only want the items I purchased.  She continues on and says ok fine since I'm giving out free stuff, you want free shoes too? And free socks?  I'll give you whatever you want! (At this point she was raising her voice and speaking to me very rude and sarcastic) I say look lady I'm not being rude or giving you attitude, all I'm asking for is the items I purchased and I don't want anything else from you.  I then let her know that I'd send my husband and daughter to pick up the 2 items.  She responds with attitude saying of course you won't come into my store and face me!  You are too embarrassed to show your face to me since you are wanting free clothes!  Like really lady!  You are saying I'm too embarrassed to show up to your store!! Omg lady how childish and unprofessional can you be!  Again I kept my cool and never once said anything rude or unpleasant to this women.  All I did was question my order that was already paid for! Honestly I can buy myself another shirt that's not a problem, my problem was that she attempted to belittle me and spoke to me as if I was trying to just get free stuff!  Never have I ever expected anything free from anyone!!!  I work hard for things and for her to tell me this was just outrageous! I've never been treated so horribly in my life!!!  Someone needs to teach her how to be professional especially since she's the owner.  I will not be silent about how this women made me feel. Obviously she does not know how to treat people and in my opinion her business will never succeed since we as customers control how her business survives!!! Probably looking like, what 2 stars....? I give it to them they though, they do have a pretty good selection of scrubs by a number of great brands. Like the Grey's Anatomy line, Cherokee, etc. They also have their own line of SCRUBS. The usual retail prices, from $19-$40 on select styles of scrubs. They also have a small clearance section but have fun trying to find your size. I came here I believe twice and both experiences have caused me from coming back. I was treated quite rudely each time even when I did make a purchase. If you don't mind how costumer service is and are solely looking for a certain product you might find it here but who knows if you'll be treated with the respect you want. read more

This is the first time I went to this store with hopes of buying scrubs and a lanyard. The customer service is horrible and I will never recommend anyone to shop there. When I entered the store there were two employees conversing with and never acknowledged I was in the store (both had plain view of the door where I made my entrance. I looked around for a few minutes and no one greeted me and didn't offer me any assistance. A short time later another employee came from the back, walked directly toward me and she too never made eye contact with me, didn't greet me nor did she offer her assistance. I came to the conclusion that Scrubs Etc employees lacked customer service and obviously didn't need my money as I was prepared to make a substantial purchase. Favorite scrub store! They have a ton of selection & have all the newest colors & styles of Koi scrubs. They also have my other favorites like Greys Anatomy & Med Couture by Peaches. They almost always have my size & when they don't they will send it from one of their other stores. The ladies here are friendly too. I always find something here that I "need"! read more

I was too short to pick out what I wanted and he noticed my struggled and helped me out. Nice place to purchase scrubs with a decent selection for men's sizes+ plenty of unisex scrubs to choose from. If you ever need to make an exchange within 4 days and have your receipt with you...Be sure to NOT remove the tag! I purchased a complete set of scrubs and realized 3 days later that they were a Petite pant. I am tall and tried on several sets off the same rack However, In most scrub shops petites and regular pants are all categorized by size. NOT HERE. Everything is categorized by color. So when I went in to exchange them having removed the tag (That was in the bag with my original receipt) the elderly woman who helped me treated me like a criminal. She was not only rude, But when I apologized and explained to her that I did not know that they were petite, She snarled back at me "It says so right on the tag" Even as I was leaving and said "Thank You" to her, her reply was "Uh-Hu!" I have shopped in this store on many occasions. I went in yesterday with my son and was shocked to receive the worst customer service ever and coming from the owner of a small business. I have many awesome scrubs from this store. The staff is sooooo friendly & accommodating. They make you feel like family. My review is from approx. 5 years ago. I use to work at at surgery center near this store. I would stop in a few times a week to see what new merchandise came in, & to peruse the great SALE RACKS! :) I got so many really nice scrub pieces off of those racks for uber good prices. I bought some very cute holiday scrub tops here. I had finally splurged & purchased a beautiful $65 purple stethoscope here. It was long overdue. I was still using my original black one from my days in R.N. school in the 80's, lol lol!!! Too bad that some bad person with sticky fingers stole it when they helped me move into my current home. :( Not sure who it was. I'm still steaming over it.... I use to have great conversations with the wonderful lady that was always working in the store. She made you feel like part of her family. I Have forgotten her name. I wonder if she's still there... :) I would recommend this store for anyone looking for scrubs. :)) read more

I love this store!!! I read some of the reviews on the customer service and I have to disagree. They are so helpful from the moment you walk in. If there's an item you want but they don't have the size they call the other stores to find the size or they offer to order it. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. Been coming here since they opened and will continue to come as long as they remain open. read more
