Experiences so far? Called to order from "customer service" and a snippy gal starts yelling YOU DON"T CALL US!!! WE CALL YOU!!!" Supposedly was going to have someone call me.. Needless to say, didn't hear from anyone for two months. Kirsten doesn't return calls and set an appointment to meet me at the store - she didn't show. Jackie met with me and was far from helpful. Wouldn't even listen to what was going on. Called me a liar. Very nearly stamping her foot raising her voice going 'NO NO NO". Finally I just thought I need the supplies, let's take a chance. Result? Jackie said she'd call me the next (business) day and do I need to tell you what happened? You probably guessed it, a week and a half later, no call. Amazing what you have to put up with to buy a box of plastic from a place.

I ordered a MiniCPap machine for the 10 day trial as I was about to embark on an 8 day fund raising bicycle ride. When I first spoke with the representative, I provided my address of record in Morgan Hill, CA. After I obtained the necessary prescription, I dealt with Chris in Medical Records. There was a delay in my getting the necessary prescription to them but Chris worked with me, even giving me a credit towards the two day shipping needed to get the device to me in Monterey, CA the day before I was to embark on the bike ride. Chris and I spoke a few times and repeatedly we discussed the device needing to be in Monterey on 9/8/17. It did not arrive. I spoke with Chris and I told him that if it could arrive by Saturday, I could still use it for the remainder of the trip as our second night would be spent in Monterey. It did not arrive. About day four into the ride, the unit had still not arrived and that is when I spoke with Mr. Brown in Customer Service. He indicated that he wanted to resolve the issue and get the machine to me so that I could try it on the trip. He said that if he could have it delivered to Lompoc (near a stop on the ride) that he would do that or he would have it delivered to Monterey after the conclusion of my trip. Neither of those happened. Come to find out, the device had been delivered to my home of record in Morgan Hill where no one would be for another week. Mr. Brown did not call me while I was on the ride to tell me that he would not be sending it to either location as he indicated. When I returned to Monterey, I then found out that in fact the device was in Morgan Hill. I advised the company that I no longer wanted to try the unit out due to their failure to get it to me as was indicated. I said that I would return the device if they provided a return authorization. They refused to do that. I notified my credit card company that I was disputing the charge and that is where the situation is at this point. Another Rep from the Customer Service Department called to say that if I paid to have the device returned, they would allow that. I at first said no but then said that I would think about it. I in fact put the device in the mail the next day. I then received an email from that representative that they would not accept the device back as the ten day trial period had elapsed. They reportedly sent me transcripts of all my conversations with their company but oddly enough not any of the conversations that I had with Chris in Medical Records. I have called several times to reach Chris and I am told, he is not it, "is this Mr. Hall?" They seem to be blocking me from speaking with Chris and I can only surmise that this is because he can confirm where the device was to be shipped. Two sides to every story but I would say beware in dealing with this company as they appear to be more interested in forcing their device upon you rather that giving you an opportunity to try it out. I never opened the package and I did receive notice today that it was delivered to the company. Long winded but wanted you to have good sense of situation. Update 10/05/17 Chris did return my call saying he had been out of the office. Said he had no recollection of our discussing Monterey shipping address. As I said, two sides to every story. I still say Caveat Emptor!
