I'll find someone when I have a question. I think the selection here is pretty great! And the sale selection downstairs especially! So many things to look through. The value may not be the best, but when you're looking for something specific and they hit the mark, it's great! I needed some black, flower earrings for a party and they had the perfect pair! I also found some adorable olive earrings.

The older lady with the curly hair at the front who works there talks really loudly to customers,…read morekinda scares them with that volume and got mad when I said to her very, very politely and casually, " please don't give me the wrong product because I was trying to do my hair yesterday and I only had yesterday." She passive aggressively banged the cash register and said " I was helping you for 40 mins, I was making a human mistake". I am intelligent enough to know it's a human mistake nd I wasn't mad to begin with but why was she banging the cash register and shaking her head over such a very simple comment that I wasn't even mad about to begin with? Due to her mistake, we lost the discount. I don't care about some few dollars but the sudden aggression over something so incredibly simple and how nasty she reacted was very uncharacteristic. The staff could certainly improve on their behaviour. Not everyone who just comments is mad. And other people can have bad days too, please don't be so insular.

This Torrid has a great selection of their items BUT the customer service is almost non-existent…read moreafter the initial greeting once you walk in. I was carrying about 6-7 items which isn't light and I wasn't asked if I wanted a dressing room at all. When I visit American Dream Mall's location, I'm always asked if I'd like a dressing room or if I need help with anything. I tried everything on then took pictures of what I liked and decided to go support a store's sales with better customer service -- American Dream Mall. Their prices are pretty high, but I've been content with the quality of clothes that last more than a year or a few washes. Nowadays a lot of clothes only lasts a few washes before it starts pilling, stretching, shrinking or discoloring- I've had good experiences with Torrid's clothing. Although high in price, sales are great.

The doctor sent my prescription to a pharmacy I've used but turns out they only fill dermatologist prescriptions. The dr tells me to call the pharmacy and have them send it to another pharmacy to make things quicker. I call the pharmacy and they say protocol is the receiving pharmacy should call to retrieve the scripts. I call Bergen ave drugs as it's next to where I live, and explain the situation. I asked them to call SIP ave pharmacy to retrieve the prescription for me and fill it. The man on the phone asked me what the name of the medication was but I was unsure. He said "so you don't know the name?" As if I didn't just say that I didn't know the name of the medication. He went on to say I should find out the name so he doesn't waste his time. So I asked, in disbelief, "so you can't call them to get the prescription for me?" He repeated the fact that it will be a waste of time if I don't know the name. THANKS FOR NOTHING. I told him I'll use a different pharmacy. A waste of time ?!?! I can't believe he said that. I'm sorr, I thought u were paid to be at work, my apologies for trying to get a pain medication filled while I'm at work and in massive pain. I won't ever waste this pharamacys time again. I usually go in there to purchase little things here and there because it's not a chain pharmacy but a neighborhood one, and I like that. but at this point I'd rather go to CVS or Walgreens, they wouldn't think helping me is a waste of time.
