I'm on the curvy side so not all brands fit well, and Stephanie spent a lot of time helping me pick out what brands would look best. She even coordinated embroidery of my logo on the tops. Right before they closed, I was able to make a mad dash in and get what I needed. They are having a sale on medical clogs (20% off) right now. I chose a pair that wasn't on sale, but they are super comfy and will help me zip around on work. I only wished they carried flying carpets, then I could zip around even faster. And if you're an employee of some healthcare-related place, you get another 10% off. The ladies at the register were very nice and told me about the other stores they have. They care scrubs, clogs, accessories, blood pressure cuffs, stethoscopes, cargo pants, compression stockings, and bags. Not a bad place to get your uniform gear. I'll be back for more! read more

First off, I never ever ever write reviews. I had such a bad experience at this store that I just couldn't with how frustrated I am. I've been to this store in the past ever since nursing school and never had a problem. I had purchased some things online and saw on the site I could return in store. I come in and the first person to help me says they don't do online returns. Again no where does this say so on the site. I even had the paper included with the package that said you can do in store or online returns. The manager or coworker steps in and "tries" to help but gives an excuse about COVID being a reason for not doing online returns. Anyways she tries to return stuff and then tells me I won't get my full total because she can't refund me the tax which would be the equivalent of paying a shipping fee which I was trying to avoid by going in store!! I was so frustrated I walked out. Not only was this experience horrendous, she took out the products out of the packaging and didn't even put them back inside or give me all the bags back. Thankfully was able to speak to an actual customer service rep who helped me out and is sending me a free label. First off not only was the experience horrible, the staff was horrible- wasn't even helpful or friendly. I am taking my business to Amazon from now on! You're better off buying there since it'll probably be cheaper and easier returns if need be!! read more

Bought scrubs here last week when the store was extremely busy. That's fine, school is starting so there were lots of college kids with shopping lists. I only needed three sets of XL black scrubs - sounds basic enough, right? They were almost impossible to find! Even buying some of the lower priced unisex scrubs, and one sale top, I still spent $118. Went across the street to WalMart and not only did I find everything in my size immediately, I only spent about $75. Went back to Life Uniform today to return the scrubs and the man who processed my return was extremely rude. Did not acknowledge me when I was waiting at the counter, didn't make eye contact or say ANYTHING to me other than "credit card." No thank you, nothing. So, sorry Life Uniform, I might have come back for some of the pricier tops once I started paying down some bills, but you have now lost my business! read more

The staff are rude and you can tell they hate their jobs. They aren't friendly when you come into the store and when you ask a question politely they're short and abrasive. Better off going to work n' gear. read more

This uniform place was better than Scrubs &Beyond in Selden as they had the color I needed in multiple sizes, styles and brands. The place is not the nicest from the outside and although they are affiliated with Scrubs & Beyond you wouldn't know that from the way the place looks or from the name. The woman working was helpful, asked what I was shopping for and helped set up a dressing room for me. I inquired about using the restroom while I was in there to which I was told they do not have one so I had to leave and go find a Dunkin Donuts, use their restroom and come back. I would be really surprised if this place doesn't have a restroom so that was a little bit of an annoyance considering the traffic in Garden City on a Thursday at noon. They had Landau, Cherokee, Greys Anatomy and other brands that I wasn't too familiar with. They didn't have a ton of sizes in each color but they had enough. This place is definitely better for solids over print but they did have a rack for printed scrubs. They had some nursing shoes, some were on sale. I inquired about a particular shoe and the woman working gave me a straight up no BS answer, which I thoroughly appreciated. She knew her stuff, that's for sure. I ended up buying a pair of Greys Anatomy scrubs and was given the 20% percent discount for being a nurse without having to ask for it, again, very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store to people looking for scrubs as there are very few on Long Island. read more

Everything I asked for I was told the store didn't carry. The salesperson did not seem to want me to browse or touch any of the merchandise. She seemed more interested in hurrying me out of the store. I guess she didn't want to actually have to do any work. She then told me that there was a survey at the bottom of the receipt that would give me a discount next time I shop there. Really? Like I'd return to a store that stocked almost nothing I asked for, discouraged me from browsing and touching merchandise and rushed me out???? I will gladly fill out their survey to tell them exactly what I think of them. Next time I will go across the street to Walmart like the others that. Reviewed this joke of a store. read more

Was not happy. Does not accommodate church nurse and usher uniforms and the young ladies were too young, inexperienced and rude so we went to USA Scrubs on Fulton Avenue in Hempstead. Big mistake not selling Church Uniforms. read more

If I could give no stars I would have! I went in this afternoon looking for maternity scrubs and the man who was working was rude and told me to buy the draw string unisex scrubs. When I informed him that those are not comfortable for pregnant women he nastily told me to get the set with the elastic waist bands. (Is he kidding me?) When I told him elastic waist bands don't equal maternity scrubs he became even more rude and told me that they don't carry maternity scrubs. I told him to let his manager know that I wouldn't be spending anymore money in that store and I wouldn't be back. Maybe not as nicely as that but I don't think Yelp will let me post what I actually said to him after being treated so rudely. read more

I'm going to be starting school and needed a specific style and color and she helped me look through every thing, she even recommended the size I should get and told be that specific style runs big. I too went to buy scrubs. 4 pieces later& $100.00. The man said I had 30 days to get my cash back. The very next day I went to Walmart and only spent $50. I returned the items and he said he had no cash to give me, I had to come back. I fought him until all of a sudden he had the cash to give me. People stay away from this robbing piece of shit.
