Haha I just want to mention that one of my most expensive slides, one of them is Burberry, here check out the pictures if you'd like, it's the most uncomfortable ill fitting slides ever Lols regardless I still love them. They are very cute candy to my eyes it's enough for me! SMH sometimes I'm a little nuts like that but hey that's me. It's not like I cannot wear them I do, during the warm seasons of course I just cannot wear them long time. My wife and I shopped in this store for many years when It was an upscale retail store. It has since gone downhill primarily due to the sales personnel and management at this store. These retail stores have a very stringent return or exchange policy. The sales personnel we used to know were no longer working there. Seems to be a big turnover there recently. New people at this store would not exchange a shirt for a smaller size because the tickets were in the box with the shirt but were not attached. After many years of purchases at the Burberry stores we will no longer shop at this store. We will continue to buy the Burberry brand but only online or in the department stores that carry this line (Nordstrom Neiman Marcus etc.) Don D. read more

I came in here to see the banner bags since I keep wondering about getting one (omg that pink banner bag) lets see we walk in and are offered mimosas, then cookies! it makes me want the bag even more now just because the people were so nice in there. that's how stores should be especially when it comes to spending decent money. This is below average retail. Order a trench and delivered to the store. No one care to contact me for pick up. Went in for tailoring that trench, asked me to go back in a week. Went back, it was not ready. And sales rep made it sounded like it's a known fact to their clients!!! If you know this is going to be happen, just let your clients know. Even AF will send you an email or text message when your order arrives in the store. This is one of the premier designers, how can the store salespersons not to take these matters seriously. Today is Saturday, March 4, and its 4:30pm. I went here to buy a Burberry backpack and was followed through out the entire store. I was browsing around with my 6 year old daughter and was followed the whole time by one of the women that worked there . I am sure that I was followed because I am Hispanic. The other 2 white women that where there were not getting followed but because I am Hispanic this lady decides to follow me. To this lady that was following me , let me tell you something !!! I live in a beautiful mansion and married to a top lawyer !!! This store really needs to explain to the staff that they need to stop this type of behavior. Went to return a gift with my gift receipt; store associates were very rude and not helpful at all meanwhile I walked in and spoke very nicely to them. They told me I could not return my item since the person who gave it to me purchased it over 30 days ago. I tried to explain to them that I was given this item last week and it's not my fault that they bought it over 30 days ago. They responded with attitude and said there is nothing I can do with this item. I'm now stuck with an item I do not like, and when I told them that, they just said "yeah you are, there's nothing we can do". If anyone would like to purchase something from the Burberry brand, I recommend you go to Bloomingdales or Nordstrom where customers are spoken to and treated with respect read more

I has the worst experience at the Burberry store in Manhasset. I had purchased my wife a gift card to purchase a trench coat she wanted. About a month after she received the gift card she went into the store to purchase the coat. When she goes to purchase the coat they tell her the gift card had already been used, but it had not by me or my wife. My wife did buy the coat anyway. I contact the store and they inform me the card was used the same day ( actually 3 hour after) I purchased the card. I was told the card was used to buy various Burberry items which I never bought. To me it seemed clear the card had been duplicated and I would get refunded my money. However i was told that since it was used they couldn't refund the money. Prior to this purchase I was told they have great customer service. I couldn't more wholeheartedly disagree. I will never buy another item from Burberry and I will encourage everyone to avoid a similar result. read more

I was extremely impressed by the service here at the Manhasset store. I purposely traveled further to go to this location and made the right decision. My sales associate Carrie was more than knowledgeable, polite and patient. She also informed me of incorrect information the local Brit store had told me over the phone. I would recommend anyone who is thinking of buying something online or from another department store to come to the actual Burberry store and get all the deets on the product first. Well I purchased a coat for my wife and she wore it a few times and had issues with the material piling. We brought the coat back and they refused to warranty it. I bought channel fendi gucci tory burch and they all stand by their product. Thats why people pay 2000k for a 300 doller coat for the quality and service. I brought a burberry bag two years ago and it is now falling apart. When I called the company they told me to go down to this burberrry store and they will sent the bag in for repairs. When I walked in this man asked if he could help me. I tired to show him my bag but wouldn't give me the time of day. I showed him the torn handle, the color buckling and a huge red mark across the bag. He said it looks like wear and tear. Is he high this bag cost $900 dollars I've used the bag maybe 6 months i like to change them out for the seasons. I told him if I was in coach their would be no issue they stand behind there product. Finally he says ok I'll send it in only if you have the receipt. Now i have to have a receipt. I don't have one, who keeps receipts from two years ago. Well he said i would help you but you have no receipt so there is nothing I can do. My response was I have brought may things from burberry, but no more.
