I have used Costa sunglasses for many years and when I learned I needed prescription sunglasses I found that the Sunglass Hut could order them for me. It's possible to do this online but it seemed that there were many possibilities for a screw up and these are very expensive items. I called Sunglass Hut which is a Costa dealer and they said they could do this for me but that Monique was the only person who was qualified. I called and set up a time to meet with Monique and she was extremely helpful. Of course you need a recent prescription which I had in hand. After entering all my data we found that my preferred style was too curved for my prescription so I had to select another. After that I placed my order and was told they would be here in two weeks. In the event Monique called me in a week and told me they had arrived. I picked them up and am extremely pleased. They are actually clearer than my regular glasses. Costas are expensive sunglasses and the prescription doubled the price but ala ZZ Top these ain't no Rhinestone shades or cheap sunglasses. Thinking about another pair with a lighter shade lens for fishing in low light - no Rhinestones they scare the fish.

For 2 weeks their machine was broken and they did not accept returns and for next 2 weeks the lady at the store cannot get to login to the account to process returns. She kept hitting reset password like 20 times in front of me and wasted my time. She directed me to different stores across the cities even after I told her I lived across the mail. I visited for the fourth time and that lady still couldn't login to her account. When I called the manager and spoke he said they have been having issues to login. What kind of service is this to make customers wait and come back for 5 times just to process few returns. The store sucks and the people who work there don't know how to manage or do the work. I will never visit this store again and tell all my contacts not to go here anymore. No wonder they never had any customers each time I went.

When I took my mom to Active Medical, Greg stayed in late for us and patiently helped us pick the right sized wheelchair. Greg also allowed my dad, who has backpain, to try out a scooter in case he needed help to walk as well. Right before the travel day, Greg let me pick up the wheelchair one day before the scheduled date, to save me a trip. Also, Active Medical provided me with a brand-new wheelchair when I explained that I was taking my parents to attend a graduation ceremony. This wheelchair had made it possible for my mom to attend my son's graduation and we are grateful for the outstanding service from Active Medical.
