My former tenant left a pissy mess and I mean that literally, as the lady had 2 dogs that along with non stop barking as I was told , they pissed up the one bedroom joint so bad that even I didn't want to clean the smelly mess . That's why I called scrubbed spotless cleaning which my cuz has used a few times and cuz was right , they cleaned the apt so well , no puss smell , apt is spotless , smell like a lavender /pine delight and not getting on my knees with brillo pads and lemon pine Sol works for me . Reasonable rates , nice lady who I spoke to on phone and when she gives a time and day , the lady is on the money with both. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter and no more pets but fish, turtle and birds are ok . read more

I highly recommend Mela and her crew at Scrubbed Spotless. At the recommendation of a friend, I hired them to deep-clean my apartment in preparation for its real estate photoshoot and open house. They exceeded my expectations and scrubbed every surface, including the interiors of cabinets, until it gleaned. They were very careful with my belongings and very pleasant to have in my home. Their work passed my white-glove test! read more

I was recommended to Scrubbed Spotless by a close friend of mine and I was so glad that I hired this company ! My 1 bedroom apartment was a complete mess because I've been away and also in and out for work so I had no time to clean. I have two closets and one of them was a complete disaster with clothes literally tangled up in a ball. The other one wasn't so bad but still pretty unorganized. Not only did they clean my apartment spotless but they also organized my two closets, drawers, bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom for a good price! I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a deep cleaning in Astoria queens. They were on time and very attentive to my specific needs. I will be hiring them again next time I need an organization & cleaning service. Thank you ! read more

Mela is great. She is very responsive and prompt with her communications. Her prices are reasonable. Just ask for a quote and she will come by to do a walk thru and give you a detail breakdown of her price and packages. Her cleaning is on point. I technically made money having her come clean. My wife wanted a new toaster oven cause it was all dirty and stained. She cleaned it so well that my wife called me afterwards disappointed that she don't see the point of buying a new one since the old one looks like brand new. Mela is great. Her services are great. Highly recommend. Oh, BTW. I am in Whitestone. She is not just in Astoria. Call her and just ask and questions you have. read more

Mela and her team are fantastic! Mela was always super responsive and would send reminders about our upcoming cleaning service with ample time to adjust to our schedule. Paula was our regular cleaner and she always did an amazing job! She is so kind and always left our apartment spotless. I refer them to anyone looking for a cleaning service and I will absolutely use them again when needed. Thank you Mela and Paula! read more

I used this cleaning service a few months ago for a deep clean before moving into my new apartment. Service was absolutely phenomenal! I texted the owner about 2 days prior to the day I wanted and she got me someone quickly. The rate was super reasonable for the amount of space that needed to be covered. The person sent to my home, Lulu- big shout out to her. She gave my kitchen the love and attention needed as well as the other rooms. I will definitely be using their services again. read more

Love how detailed she was, every nook was dusted and cleaned. Very thorough. I choose the deep cleaning option. My stove has never been cleaner ! She cleaned out my fridge as well as leaving it spotless and like new . She also organized all my clothing and made wonderful suggestions on organizing bins to get and how to really use up all my space. I would highly recommend her and everyone I have referred her to has been beyond satisfied read more

I first want to thank Mela again for squeezing me in for the last minute request. She was so kind and accommodated with my schedule. Mela came to my apartment on time with Paula. Mela explained to Paula what needs to be done for each room. Paula did amazing job with "deep cleaning" the entire apartment. All the shelfs, drawers, handles, floors and every rooms were SPOTLESS! The pricing that Mela gave me for the cleaning service was very reasonable. I have used other cleaning services in the past for the same "deep cleaning" but Paula was the best. Now Im gonna have Paula again for the regular cleaning as well. Im so happy i found Mela and her business!! Highly recommend Mela's business and also Paula for cleaning. read more

Highly recommended! After the initial call, Mela came to our apt for estimate the next day. We needed deep cleaning right away (just moved into new apt, no cleaning was done by apt owner as mistake) but no availability of that week. She said if there was a cancellation, she could squeeze our appointment in. Next day, she texted me that one of her staff could come tomorrow and she did an awesome job! Great communication, speedy job, if you live in Astoria, this is the place you ask for cleaning:) read more

This was my first time using a cleaning service and I had no idea what to expect. I reached out and in just a couple of days, Mela came to my apartment and explained the different options and prices. After speaking to her, I couldn't wait for my appointment. On the appointment day, she introduced me to another woman who actually did most of the cleaning (Mela also helped her finish up the job). When I came back home I was SO impressed. Everything was sparkling, and my apartment honestly felt brand new. I will definitely be using Scrubbed Spotless again! Prices are reasonable and definitely worth it, especially considering the amount of hard work these women clearly put in. If you're on the fence, I would definitely give them a try! read more

This is the regular service we use. We came across them through a personal recommendation. Mela is so easy to work with! She came to our place to provide a free consultation and quote and even gave suggestions on what products we would need to have handy especially non toxic ones that are safe for our babies. They are really thorough with the cleaning and Mela checks in after for feedback and to make sure we're always happy. Would definitely recommend! read more

We bought a really old home and it was a downgrade from our previous apartment. We hired Scrubbed Spotless to come clean the house and the difference was night and day! Having the house REALLY cleaned was something I couldn't image would make such a difference. We love our home so much more after trusting this team. I highly recommend them. We have molding about 3/4 up the wall (8ft high) and there was not a speck of dust. She even cleaned inside the window tracks so that when I opened my windows, there was no dirt. Don't hesitate, it is worth it if you want the job done right. read more

Working from home has been crazy busy and I have not been able to do the deep clean that I have been wanting to. I heard about Scrubbed Spotless from a neighbor in Astoria and was thrilled that they could squeeze me for a deep clean within a week. Mela's team did a great job even going so far as to clean the dust off my fans and my ac filter. My stove and fridge are sparkling like they are brand new and they even organized the items within my fridge. Will definitely be hiring them again! read more

I am always on the move, and needed a cleaning company that I could trust. I was searching online, and Facebook, but didnt really click with anyone I met with. One company (I am not going to name, as I'm not into ruining someones buisness) was okay, but didnt really move things around when she came to clean, and was in and out pretty quick, and I moved on. Luckily I was out in my yard one day with my dog and a young lady walked by, handed me a flyer, and told me she was promoting her cleaning company. I figured I would give her a try. I am so glad I did. Very trust worthy, on days she comes to clean, I let her in and I can go off to work. I know my things are safe, and I dont have to check in on my security cameras. When she is finished she sends me a text, letting me know she is done, and locks up on the way out. Thats my biggest thing, the trust factor. Rates are more then fair for the amount of hours she is there, and cleaning that is done. Very easy to work with. I highly recommend. A+ Billy from Astoria read more

Mela runs a great business - she promptly replied to my request, came over to inspect each room and ask about my needs and scheduled me with her cleaner Kimberly the following day. Kimberly did a great job overall, but especially deep cleaning our kitchen and bathrooms. She was very thorough and meticulous. I would definitely recommend this business for all your cleaning needs! read more

Esther did an amazing job giving my apartment a deep clean. Easy to coordinate a cleaning, showed up promptly and I was able to work from home with no issues. The place is sparkling! read more

I cannot say enough about Mela and her business, Scrubbed Spotless. She came highly recommended by neighborhood blogs and reviews. Mela started with a prompt virtual tour of my apartment to assess the job and priced my deep clean accordingly. She and Angela showed up promptly on the scheduled date and I left after about an hour - hour and a half to go to work. I came home to a PERFECTLY IMPECCABLE home. Everything smells fresh and clean. You can tell things were moved to clean underneath, but placed back how they were - instead of just wiping around. I'm elated, honestly. I love supporting local businesses in this world where the gig economy is monopolized by apps that take so much of the workers' pay. Scrubbed Spotless is a fantastic woman-owned, women-operated, local, environmentally conscious business and they are extremely COVID safe as well. I can't wait to have them back for routine cleaning! read more

Mela and her team are very nice and they handle kitchen appliances with care. They did a thorough cleaning of bathroom and closets! They charge you fairly and there's no additional fees after the service. read more

I can not praise Mela and her team enough. I reached out on Instagram and got an immediate response. I personally hate cleaning and really wanted to find a cleaning company that was on point. Mela made sure all my expectations were met and consistently gave me status as I had to step out during my appointment. If you are OCD/neat freak and need a consistent cleaning company Scrubbed Spotless is the way to go! read more

WOW - the name is 100% accurate! My studio was in bad shape and I thought the bathroom and stove + sink especially were lost causes, a "salvage what you can" situation at best. After a deep clean, it's like I'm in a brand new apartment again! No exaggeration, I am amazed. They went above and beyond, cleaning and organizing beyond what was expected. Could not recommend more highly! Great to support a local business as well. read more
