Alejandro from Alicea cleaning services sent Angela, his wife, to clean my home once a week for…read moreseveral weeks. Things started disappearing and then would reappear the following week, so I didn't say anything. Angela would not empty the vacuum cleaner and it ended up breaking, which I replaced at my expense. Then a bunch of plates, saucers and silverware went missing, along with some supplies for the pets. Absolutely no satisfactory answer was given. Did they break? No. Did you take them? No. So where did they go? I don't know. I thought it was a language barrier so I contacted Alejandro but got nowhere either except "I don't think she stole them because we have plenty of plates." Like if you didn't it would be okay to steal? He said he would refund one week's clean but I'm still waiting. No refund and now threats of defamation lawsuits lol. Mark of a guilty party. Save yourself the stress and pay a little more for a professional. MY REPLY TO OWNER BELOW: IM STILL WAITING FOR ANY KIND OF REFUND FROM YOU. ITS $150 FOR THE BROEKN VACUUM AND A CONSERVATIVE $75 FOR MY MOTHER IN LAWS SILVERWARE AND PLATES AND SAUCERS. IM NOT EVEN CHARGING YOU FOR MY MISSING PET ITEMS. INSTEAD OF INCESSANT TEXT MESSAGES THREATENING LITIGATION, PLEASE REFUND MY MISSING ITEMS. THE COURT WILL ASK YOU TO DO THE SAME. Sunday 5/8: still not a penny of promised refund money and all inquiries about it are ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I love the use of ring central that keeps all the teams in communication and the end of day photos of the work accomplished. Everything was done as requested including a couple of additional tasks that got added along the way. From a cost perpective they were reasonable. I received some quotes that were so ridiculously high they were laughable. I think Paul's quotes were fair and he was very good at alerting me to where their might be additional cost after they did the demolition. I plan to use them again for a second bathroom and would definietely recommend them.

Everyone was on time, completely transparent, and totally responsive. Not once did we wonder what the next step was or where the guys were. If they were held up, they messaged right away. We had a few touch-ups done right away, but all the work is covered for 3 years!!! The time frame quote we got was 4 to 7 weeks and we came in just under 5 weeks, and had the toilet back in at 3 weeks... imperative. Phenomenal customer service, work and details. Every item was planned from the get-go, so there were no surprises in pricing unless WE changed something, which we tried not to do. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

When they came out today they were all wonderful! Super friendly but extremely professional, and these guys work HARD!! They also have what I would think a lot of these types of companies don't have - empathy. They treated my mother's things with respect and made certain they weren't getting rid of anything sentimental or salvageable, and took great care to not just toss her stuff on a pile like junk. They really understand that while it's just "stuff", it's also someone's life and they took great pains to be discrete about not letting my mom have to see too much of what they had to get rid of. John is an excellent communicator; he kept me in the loop every step of the way and took care to ask about "iffy" items. He also helped me navigate how to deal with the insurance company which he certainly didn't have to do. When you think mold remediation you don't think kindness and compassion. All of the five guys working were great. Very personable, again - great communication - just a team really kind humans. This is a company with a lot of integrity. I hope we don't need this type of service again, but I wouldn't call anyone else. I cannot recommend All Jersey more. Out of 5 stars, I give them 10!

John also coordinated a subcontracting job for me and handled the entire process, keeping everything seamless and on schedule and keeping me informed at each step. John was professional, friendly, and transparent--there were absolutely no surprises. What impressed me most was how much he cared about the result, treating my home as if it were his own. It was amazing to work directly with the owner, and it shows in the quality and integrity of the work. Awesome, wonderful, amazing--so happy with both the workmanship and John's character.
