Since the pandemic we've started wearing scrubs exclusively in the office. Which means I've had to purchase several pair over this time for the staff and I"me. These folks have been great to us and they also offer a discount for practicing in the vicinity. I don't understand why the owner hasn't done anything about the kinds of reviews they're getting and the staff they have working for them. I was skeptical about the reviews since everyone was mainly talking about being upset they couldn't return their scrubs- but it would help if they actually told you that or had a sign. They only reason I knew about their policy was because I asked. The girls there were not helpful at all. I tried asking for their opinion on brands and when I asked for another size, I got the impression like I was bothering her. I don't need anyone helping me beyond their power but I would expect I would at least get decent customer service. Aside from that, the scrub selection was nice but a little limited on sizes and you can try on at store. read more

Overall this place has a great selection of sizes and brands. The other reviews are correct this store does not offer refunds but they do offer exchanges within 30 days with a receipt. It is stated at the checkout stand and on the receipt. I was hoping for a larger selection of "fun" scrubs. And that's why I docked a star. Other than that it is the go to place for scrubs. read more

My wife bought me some scrubs from this store, which I didn't need. I tried to return them with a receipt and discovered their "no refunds" policy. They did not make her aware of their no refunds policy when she purchased the scrubs, otherwise she likely wouldn't have bought them. They offered me an exchange for anything in the store, but its 90% ladies scrubs, so that didn't help. I wouldn't buy from them simply because of their archaic no money back policy. read more

I was in need of some scrubs. I came here and purchased a large amount (close to $500). And to begin with the customer service was mediocre at best. I am a plus sized girl and their selection of over 2X was slim. When I finally found some (on my own I might add because the team was too busy to ask if I needed help) I checked out and left. However a few days later I tried to return to the store for a refund, they refused to supply it. Policy or not, its my money. To not offer a refund or store credit or an exchange is ridiculous. I want my $500 back. And I want it back now. read more

It's a small store with a decent selection of scrubs, though you probably won't find all the specialty brands. No shoes to speak of except for a few Nurse Mates, and who wears those anymore? Very limited stethoscopes, etc. read more

I needed some scrubs and unfortunately chose to go to scrub world for them. Due to COVID, I didn't want to just try on some scrubs and put them back on the shelf. I asked someone at the front desk if it would be alright to purchase two pairs and bring back the one that didn't fit for a return. I was told it wouldn't be a problem so long as I had the receipt and the tags were attached. Like several other reviewers, when I went to take back the scrubs, I was told that they have a no refund policy. I dont know if the girl I talked to when I first purchased the scrubs didn't know the refund policy, or just wanted to make a sale. At best it seems like there is a lot miscommunication on the refund policy, especially given how many reviewers have had this same issue. At worst, it seems Scrub World has some predatory business practices designed to take advantage of the people who shop there (primarily emergency/medical workers). Either way, I would recommend everyone avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere for their scrubs (amazon and most online retailers are much cheaper) read more

Went there today and the staff was so nice, helped me find the best size and even looked in the back multiple times to check stuff for me without hesitation. When I went to check out the lady even gave me tips on how to iron them best to keep them in perfect shape. Would come back again. read more

My daughters and I visited Scrub World on Saturday and had the worst customer experience. The lady, I assume the manager or owner, was EXTREMELY rude and not helpful at all. We drove from Louisville to Lexington to purchase scrubs because we were told we "had" to purchase them from this particular store for their CNA class. Trust me, we didn't have to and I would have rather saved my 20% discount and not had to deal with this woman's attitude problem. I have no idea how she is still in business read more

Every year we purchase scrubs for our employees' with embroidery. We have always had good experiences. The ladies at Scrub World are always helpful and friendly. We have been buying our scrubs from them for 8 years. They have a variety of scrubs and brands to choose from. read more

Had the worst customer service experience with the manager of this store today. A couple weeks ago I came in and placed an order for some scrubs they didn't currently have in-store. When I asked how long it would take to get in, the manager told me about 3-5 business days. It's now after the 9th business day, so I called to check on my order. After being on hold for 5 minutes and having to call the store back again, the manager tells me that my scrubs were on back order when they placed the order. I asked the manager if anyone was ever going to call and let me know this, and literally all she said was, "I guess not." I've worked in customer service my entire working life and that is not how you handle situations like this, especially as the manager. A simple apology and recognition of customer service failure on her part would have made this a much different experience for me. But unfortunately the manager here has no manners and no respect for her customers' time or experience with her business. Highly recommend you shop somewhere better. read more
