So when I went today I pick up my script, it was 7 short, I dreaded going back to the window because it was a controlled subject and I know how that looks, when I got there they told me they was wrong and under filled it but only by 6 and not 7, and I must of dropped one. and where I pulled up just in front of the window they could only give me 6 not 7 and acted like I was just trying to get an extra one when they clearly already shorted me. 6 on their computers in reality 7. I don't want to say it was pocket but I don't know maybe something fda to look into how many people have been shorted. I've never had a problem with cvs down the road the years I've been going their, and I most certainly will go back to cvs instead of Kroger

Until today I was a long time customer. Bought a typical inexpensive small device..$14 dollars…read more Used it for two days. It leaks juice from the pod and also from the air regulation hole. Occasionally when taking a draw...It keeps firing for several seconds after the fact and will only stop if I pull the pod out. It also randomly starts firing when I put it in my pocket which causes it to get hot, leak juice and burn through the battery. Inconsistent experience with charging this device. I took it back..with the box etc... The guy was not able to "replicate" a random misfire but he did pull the pod out (which was still leaking) and cleaned excess juice from the unit. He hit the unit a couple of times and stated that there were no obvious issues. Regarding the inconsistent charging..He stated "perhaps the voltage from my vehicle caused the issue. It became obvious that the faulty unit had now officially become my problem. I left the location with the unit no real resolution other than if it happens again ...bring it back and if "replicated" on site I would then be taken seriously. I called the location a short time later to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution. I took some time to read up on the return policy. It says nothing about "replication" of issues although it does clearly state that if a customer is not happy with their purchase a discount can be offered on a comparable device. Unfortunately this option was never offered to me when I initially went into the location with the defective unit. This option was also not offered when I called to express my disappointment with the lack of resolution after the fact. I shop this store frequently. My wife shops this location on occasion. I did a simple search of my bank transactions for the month of April. During this time we have spent a total of $76 at this location. Over the course of a year that adds up to slightly over $900 per year..assuming we continue to exclusively shop this business... Which we will no longer do. Long story short.. You get to keep the $14 We will take the $900 in potential purchases elsewhere. Regards Former 8 year customer

We had an external prescription, so my son did not have to get an eye exam. Today, we decided to get an eye exam since his prescription was close to expiring. Unfortunately, the experience was not ideal and, to say the least, not a positive experience. Dr. Wallace Guerrant's bedside manner left much to be desired. From the very beginning of the appointment, it was an awkward exchange of frustrations on his part. He was frustrated because some of the equipment was not suited for a smaller child and he kept requesting my son move a certain way or sit a certain way to accommodate the equipment instead of the equipment accommodating my son. He got extremely irritated because he was asking my son to look at a mirror behind him while he was shining a light in his eyes. You must know how to be patient with children because it can be easier to get confused. He lacked the patience that would be expected of a physician working with children. As a Mom, it was clear that his frustration were impacting my son and that is a NO GO, for me. After the unpleasant experience I chose not to schedule my eye exam with him. The other staff, like Karen, made the rest of the interaction much better. We won't ever utilize the optometrist for an exam ago.

Apparently, people in Lexington, KY are really on top of their eye health. It is next to impossible to get an appointment unless one takes time off from work. I have never seen a place so busy.
