I've stopped in several times to see what was going on and early in September I said he had 2 more weeks to get it to us, or I wanted a refund of the difference between the one we ordered and the smaller one he loaned us. I actually ended up giving him 3 more weeks and when I stopped in again the owner wasn't in, and the employee working couldn't help. I left a detailed message outlining all this again, requested a refund again of just the difference, and for him to call me. NOTHING. This is not acceptable business practice.
