(We did go to another scrub shop down the road after and their variety and fabrics were not as good and the customer services was terrible.) Love you Gen Z but man Figs are not big booty friendly like I've spent the last decade in yoga pants, my butt and thighs require some stretch and flexibility. Why are Jaanuu $500? Exaggerated but omg. Anyways, I moved to Westfield and got a job at an ER near you and I grabbed some medium Mandala scrubs online because I was wearing medium Mandala scrubs in Navy for my previous hospital system without issue. Well. Same size. Same style. They don't fit. Too tight. I decided to go to Walmart but their royal isn't royal. Then I googled myself to a different scrub store on 82nd but on my way I spotted Scrub Identity! So I go in with my husband who is not putting up with any of my shopping sh*t btw, and the friendly sales professional helped me with their color coding sizing and what is what. I ended up trying a large because Mandala gave me a sizing complex. I also took 3 different mediums in jogger scrubs. So first of all-all of the medium scrubs fit perfectly so eat a giant whatever Mandala scrubs. I ended up with a new set of Epic Scrubs for like $62. They are SO CUTE you guys. Worth every penny to be able to try it on in the store and make a direct impact financially on our community because Walmart doesn't care if I shop there. Neither does Figs, but local businesses do care. I'm already excited to go back and get a second set of scrubs and maybe a jacket. So excited. I actually might go back today cause I love to shop but whatever Oh and in case you guys were wondering, my husband sat on the bench like a good husband should and let me model my scrubs for him so he could take pictures to make sure this jelly wasn't showing when I bent over because as Beyonce says, I do not think y'all are ready. Writing a review in the parking lot because I cannot wait to express what a great experience I just had. Customer service is impeccable. I needed a very particular fit of pants due to previous abdominal surgery. I didn't have to search on my own and guess, trying on endless amounts of scrubs and getting frustrated like every other scrub buying experience I've had in the past. I was brought styles to try. When the first pair didn't work, I was able to say why and the second pair brought to me was perfect. I was out of the store with 4 pair of scrub pants within 20 minutes. I always get great service when I'm in there with all the ladies that are there. Recently, my boyfriend and I were in there looking for scrubs for his nursing school. He wanted the school top to match pants they had there (). A lot of the time, he was concerned the School-provided top wasn't going to find a matching partner in terms of pants. I'm not in the medical profession but my fiance is a nurse and she only buys from here now. I have to say I get it now! I went in with her today when she was looking for some additional scrubs and was impressed by the huge selection they had in the small sized storefront. This was way overshadowed by their fantastic customer service though. There were two different employees that helped at different points and they were both incredibly kind and helpful. They were so fast getting new sizes and styles for my fiance to try on and they were so knowledgeable about the different brands and their tendencies to fade, shrink, and whatnot. Even more of a testament to their customer service was when a pretty rude customer came in. The one employee who was working at the time handled it incredibly well and kept such a polite and helpful attitude. She was able to juggle that customer and still take care of us faster than we even needed. And on top of this, my fiance said this isn't even out of the norm! She said every time she has been here they have been so kind and extremely helpful. I strongly suggest that if you are in the market for medical clothing you come give them a try. I went to that *other* scrub store to get some scrubs and a lab coat. It was awful. Cue scrub identity. This store is small but has a lot of sizes and colors to choose from. The people were really friendly and easy to find. I was greeted the second I entered the door. They were available without being pushy (I didn't have to wander around to find them when I needed help.) They have brands I've never seen before as well as my usual favorites. They have Butler, Colts, IU, and Purdue scrubs too! Prices were comparable to other places. I would go back for sure Update: one of my scrubs had a hole in it after only three uses. The store did an even exchange even though I no longer had a receipt. No hassle. Very easy. Friendly. Would highly recommend this local business! read more

I went to Scrubs and Beyond just down the street from Scrub Identity and most of the workers there were super pushy about specific brands and not paying attention to what I wanted. I'm a shopper that prefers to be left alone to do my shopping, and I will ask questions if needed. The Scrubs and Beyond people were super pushy and annoying. On to my experience at Scrub Identity! The young lady who helped me (she was a college student) left me alone to do what I needed, and just tried to steer me in the right direction. This store is a gem! The staff is always willing to help. The first time I went in I challenged the two team members to find a pair of scrub pants that did not drag on the ground or that I did have to roll over without being a "short". They rose to the challenge and I left with pants that fit me for the first time in 4 years. They grabbed different sizes as I tried things on and made suggestions for matching tops. My first time stopping in to Scrub Identity and I'm so glad I did! I love that I can shop local for cute scrubs now. The girls working were so friendly and really attentive, offering to help find sizes/styles I was looking for. They have plenty of trendy pieces as well as the classic styles. Although I didn't need shoes today, I noticed that they had some nice pairs, and they sell real compression socks in fun colors for us nurses who need those. First off, the young lady who helped me was personality plus! I think she brought 20 or more pieces in different sizes and lengths to the dressing room for me to try on. I have been to multiple scrub shops in Indy and always have the best help and the best personality at this location. The ladies that work here always know there scrubs and will find the best fit and work with you on what to find. As a guy it is very hard to find men's scrubs and they will always help you find a perfect match or order them for you. All the ladies that work here have phenomenal personality's but the one that stands out the most to me is Courtney. She is always so helpful,friendly and knows exactly what to find.
